I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Waldorf Astoria Beijing, and I must say, my experience was exceptional. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s restaurant. The atmosphere was elegant and welcoming, and the service was impeccable. But what truly stood out was the quality of the food. The chef is incredibly talented, and each dish was a masterpiece. From the presentation to the flavors, everything was thoughtfully prepared and perfectly executed. I was impressed by the attention to detail in every course, and the culinary experience alone made my stay even more memorable.

The fitness center and spa offer a great way to relax and rejuvenate. The front desk staff are professional, always greeting guests with a warm smile and handling requests promptly. The concierge service is outstanding, providing excellent local insights and arranging seamless experiences. It truly sets a high standard for hospitality.

The stay was generally comfortable with staff being very helpful and efficient. Environment was comfortable and breakfast buffet spread was good despite us being vegetarians. The baked goods were of high quality and the dinner ala carte room service food was quick to deliver and most importantly, delicious. The staff were very proactive to provide efficient and prompt help. An example is 毕先生who came very quickly to aid us when requested. The hotel uses Aesop products which was of high quality which was surprising. Overall the curated experience was great and the concierge staff were very organized, proactive and efficient in providing extra services like booking attraction tickets and manage taobao deliveries on our behalf. In addition, the hotel is located close to most of the big attractions which provided a lot of convenience. Strongly recommended to consider this hotel in your next visit to Beijing.

Luxurious and cool hotel with a laid back and cosy feeling. Very attentive staff, some of the with great English. Great breakfast buffet with some a la carte options. Situated centrally in Beijing in an area with some old buildings (the hotel also has Hutong suites even though we didn’t stay there). Decent size indoor pool and a good spa. We didn’t use the underground, but there was a metro/underground station a few minutes walk from the hotel. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel's location is fantastic – just a short stroll to the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. We had an awesome stay. The breakfast was tasty, and the service was great. The room was spacious enough for us and our two kiddos, aged 9 and 5. It is also near to the subway station and other shopping centers.

Great staff who went the extra mile to assist me. My ride hailing app wasn't working when I needed to get a car to the airport. I was rescued by manager Jeffrey and young assistant Caffrey, who offered to help call a car with his own ride hailing app on his phone. That was very thoughtful and helpful. Thank you so much!

Very comfortable, clean and stylish. Great decor, amazing room, very comfortable bed and everything top quality. Very attentive and helpful staff. Great resturants on site and great Spa. One of the best hotels I ever stayed in.

The location of the hotel is very nice. The Bed was wonderful. I wish if I can buy the same bed matress :) The staff are so friendly. The view of the room/ size of the room/ cleanliness, everything was wonderful.

Great location in a beautiful hotel the rooms are really big an luxurious, the views very fantastic and the bathroom is great really great stay, we loved it and they baked us a free cake and best cocktails in Beijing.

The jacuzzi part of it didn't work

Excellent service overall, in particular staff in western restaurant are amazing. Very good location being just 6-7 minutes walk from major shopping street.
