My family and I applause the fantastic and warm service of Kevin, Angela and every single staff in the hotel. Everyone was superbly helpful and we felt attended to on all hotel matters, supported in transportation, meals booking, etc. Location is great, near subway Line 5 direct to Lama temple and temple of heaven and walkable to Palace Museum. Food wise, there are 2 nearby supermarkets and 10-15 mins walk to several good restaurant , Najia Garden, Macao centre Hua s Garden and APM Mall. Beijing duck at Siji Minfu Dengshikou is 25mins walk away, arrive very early for dinner. Hotel also provide FREE self service laundry but be mindful on the queue. Overall great hotel and will come back 😁🙏

Everything! The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff was helpful and efficient. The location is superb - just one minute away from Dengshikou (L5) subway station and a 20-minute walk to the Forbidden City. We enjoyed breakfast, particularly the Chinese dishes.

Not the hotel’s fault, but if you search for Park Plaza in Google Maps you will be sent somewhere else. You need to search for Liting Hotel Longting (at the time of writing this review - August 2024).

Rooms are large, spacious, bright and very clean. Staff at the reception was very polite and could communicate well in English. We had a room that had smell of smoking, asked to switch and they promptly gave us another room that was in perfect conditions. Location is good, you can walk to Wangfujing street and a very cheap DiDi will take you to famous places like Forbidden City, Tiannamen Square or Temple of Heaven

Our stay was amazing! We were in Beijing to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary and when we arrived in the hotel the staff had made us a little surprise, not only by giving us a stunning room but also decorating it for the occasion! Kevin (the manager) was incredibly nice and Nick (at the reception) was extremely helpful, helping us book all the attractions, as well as a driver for a day trip. On top of this, before arriving we had told them about me being gluten-free, and every morning the chef prepared me a special breakfast, to avoid any cross-contamination and ensure that I was safe. I highly appreciated this attention to detail. Breakfast was very varied and had plenty of European and Asian choices. Additionally, the hotel is located in a great area, with a Starbucks in front, and the best restaurant to eat Pekin Duck two steps away. If we are back in Beijing we are definitely booking this hotel again, I could not recommend enough :)

This is our 3rd time staying in this hotel. Great location👍 There's a convenience store & 南城香小吃(where we enjoyed simple value for money bf & dinner) right behind hotel. Station 灯市口 is just next to the hotel. The best facility is the washer & and dryer, which is free for guests to use. Staff are friendly. Special thanks to the conceige team ( esp Eric 😁) for taking care of my Taobao packages 🫠

The handmade noodles served at the 2nd floor restaurant were a disappointment 🥲

The free laundry service is impressive and very useful for travellers with family so do keep this service as it makes your hotel special. I would like to specially mention Mr Eric (Zhang Yu), service crew manning the conceirge, he is very passionate in his job. He helped me reserved entry ticket to some places of attractions and make a point to follow-up at the end of the day. More impressive that he went the extra mile to even get the refund of the entry ticket to Summer palace as I couldnt make it to go. This is indeed beyond the call of duty which is so unexpected. Eric deserved a BIG pat and to the hotel manager at Park Plaza, well done and congratulations for having a staff like Eric. Cheers The Ham Family

Park Plaza Beijing Wangfujing is a perfect hotel for Beijing. A really 5 stars hotel, warm design and good amenities. The rooms are perfect matching for my expectations in terms of ambiance, comfort, lights, materials and finishings. Well equipped bathroom, cozy designed as well as its room. Perfect location just nearby Dengshikou MTR station, really convenient, walking distance to restaurants, banks if you need and famous hutongs, high-end experiences in the neighbourhood. Amazing friendly and helpful front-desk staff, very special thanks to Kevin for his help and kind support. I have nothing to complain about. I spent a week here and I would come back again with no regrets.

Wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable and well located. There was a great selection of delicious food for breakfast. There was coffee, tea and water in the room, all at no extra charge. We also had the famous Hot Pot dinner in the hotel restaurant which was exceptional. The metro station was just around the corner. We were very grateful that the receptionist allowed us to have the room 5 hours before check in. The hotel was quiet, there was no outside noise. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel really welcome. Special thanks to Kevin.

A special big thank you to the English speaking concierge Nick and Andy. They were a great help in giving good advice. Nick especially was very welcoming and supportive. They made reservations for me for the Forbidden City, Peking opera at the National Theatre and taxis etc. Without Nick and Andy I would have been very frustrated. Be prepared. Almost all tourist sites booking websites are in Chinese. Even the Forbidden City website requires an email address to book, but I have Yahoo and Gmail, both of which are blocked in China.
