Excellent location Room is very new Lovely staff Good buffet breakfast

Advertised as smoking free but people next door to us were puffing like chimneys with zero effort of hiding it. Cigarette smell poured through the ventilation into our bathroom as well as the corridors. Staff were pretty blasé about it. Fingers crossed our p53 and friends are doings their jobs ....

The hotel was very modern and was luxurious. The staff were very helpful in booking taxis, giving recommendations (food, tours, beauty treatments etc). Special thanks to Will Wang who helped us in booking a lot of stuff! The hotel is a short walk away from the main Wangfujing street which was very helpful and a station (National Art Museum) is right next to the hotel, which is very convenient. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Walking distance to Tiannamen Square (20 mins walking), centrally located and close to the Hutongs. Also, walking distance from the Jinshan Park. The room was good and the facilities very good and modern Breakfast was good. I think the options were too China friendly i.e. some items were quite heavy for breakfast e.g. rice based dishes. But overall, it was a good spread.

The Airconditioning system - I don't understand why that should be centrally managed? Since it was winter, the hotel had preset the AC on heat at a temperature they thought was apt? This meant one could not change it in their room. At one point of time, when it got suffocatingly hot, I had to go to the reception to ask for a solution, but the advice they gave me was they will send someone to open the window! Since that was the only option, I took it and I am glad I did because that really helped. What I find odd though is that they don't understand that different people may have different tolerance to heat so we should have the liberty to change the temperature in our rooms yeah? That is why I rated low on Comfort

The hotel was great! Perfect ambiance at my room, great breakfast, great location close to city centre by walks and their staff and especially the hotel Manager mr Khalid was excellent and the customer service was the best I ever experienced!

The hotel is really unique in both its architecture and the quality of the room and all facilities. The staff is always there to help you in everything you ask them, especially if you are foreigner and it is your first time in Beijing.

Clean and good location.

1. Nobody from hotel reply my enquires on booking.com even after sending 1 week in advance. 2. Staff not well versed in traffic. Booked a didi that dropped us off far from our intended drop of point. 3. Packaging of water could be improved. Quite wasteful to keep using the small bottles.

The room was good, the bed was super comfortable and huge. The toiletries were great quality. The breakfast buffet was very generous, with a good variety of both asian and western dishes, and the taste was overall really good. The hotel is located within a short distance to the train station making it very easy to access other parts of the city. The staff was mostly very friendly and helpful and although not everyone would speak english, they would go out of their way to try their best to help. I would stay there again in the future and would certainly recommend this to friends and family.

1.Friendly and helpful personal, 2. Clean rooms, 3. Daily change of toothbrush, toothpaste, comb in the room. 4. Enough drinking water, 5. Excellent water temperature in the bathroom, room renovation. 6. Asparagus, natural orange juice, etc. for breakfast.

1.There is no water hose in the toilet to wash yourself. 2.Although there is a coffee machine in the room, it is not known how to use it, and it is not known whether there is coffee for the machine. 3. The prices for coffee and sweets in the hotel lobby are high. I think the hotel could attract more customers there with lower prices. In this case, it was almost empty during the day. 4. Breakfast is good, but 190 rmb per person is a bit too much for this meals. I think it would be normal if the meal was under 140 rmb

All the staff at the hotel were very professional and polite. Rooms were clean, and staff members were accommodative of requests made to them. The hotel kindly upgraded our room upon arrival. Concierge was helpful, polite and courteous to assist us with our needs. Everyone from room service staff, to restaurant staff to front desk were all very helpful and attentive. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Location was excellent as there was a subway train station just across the hotel. There were food outlets just a short walk from the hotel. We had a very pleasant and memorable stay at the hotel. Will definitely stay in this hotel again when we visit Beijing the next time.
