During my inaugural journey to China, apprehensions about the language barrier weighed heavily on my mind. However, to my delight, the hotel staff's attentiveness and eagerness to assist quickly dissolved any concerns. Their unwavering commitment to service became the highlight of my stay. From the moment I arrived, burdened by cumbersome luggage, the staff showcased their considerate nature. Notably, a waitress went above and beyond her duties, proving to be an invaluable aid during my mealtimes. Her keen eye for my distress did not go unnoticed, and her efforts to assist with ordering food and translations were commendable. Her dedication and empathy are truly deserving of recognition, and one might even suggest that her exceptional service merits a pay rise. The front desk personnel were also instrumental in providing guidance and support. When I needed to access a cash machine, they not only directed me to one across the road at the hospital but also ensured my safe return to the hotel premises. As my trip neared its end, the staff's helpfulness persisted; they efficiently arranged a taxi to the airport, ensuring a stress-free departure. The warmth and proficiency of the hotel team left such an impression that upon my return to China a few days later, I sought out the same comforting experience. Unfortunately, due to the hotel's popularity and a coinciding convention, I was unable to secure a room. This minor disappointment did little to tarnish the memory of their outstanding service. This experience has taught me that a language barrier is a minor obstacle when met with genuinely helpful individuals. The hotel's staff not only made my stay in China comfortable but also deeply memorable. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to book with them again in the future, hopefully well in advance to avoid missing out.

As a newcomer to China, I couldn't have asked for a better introduction than the experience I had at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, every aspect of my stay was seamless. The accommodations were comfortable, the amenities were top-notch, and the staff's hospitality was unparalleled. There was simply nothing to criticize. Whether you're a seasoned traveller or exploring China for the first time, this hotel comes highly recommended. It's a true gem that contributes to a memorable and enjoyable visit.

The hotel is quite close to the airport. The room is clean and all facilities are OK. The breakfast is not the best but quite OK. Staffs are helpful. There is a fast food chain restaurant very close to the hotel and if you are just staying to catch a flight the next morning it works. You can take a taxi to the airport for around 50 RMB. The traffic can be blocked in the morning but kind of manageable.

The hotel shuttle to the airport leaves only every other hour. I also paid more than what's shown on booking, and the staff told me it's the city tax. I can not judge if it is the case but I paid anyway.

Check-in was simple and fast and I liked that I could pay with Wechat instead of my VISA. Most of the staff were nice and helpful and I like that they had a portable translator handy to discuss things that were hard to explain. The room was tidy and organized. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had clean towels and lots of amenities. I slept in later on my 2nd day, but the housekeeping staff were courteous and immediately went to clean my room after I left. The hotel is located by 2 convenience stores and a Luckin Coffee, plus there were some decent options for Waimai. The breakfast had lots of options with several staff members available to replenish food and clean tables (I went around 8am). It was also cool to see the robotic staff, although I did not get to interact with it. Check out was simple. A staff member offered for me to stay until 2pm, but I had a flight to catch before then, but it was nice that it was available if I needed it.

The floors are terribly stained and unsightly, some wear & tear, but overall this did not affect the comfort of my stay. The doors are heavy and loud, so you can hear people slamming at all hours of the day/night. I also heard some construction sounds coming from the area next door late at night (midnight & beyond). It didn't last long, but still not favorable. The toilet paper holder easily broke when I barely touched it, it was an easy fix, but some light maintenance in the rooms can go a long way. The location is a bit further from the airport than I had hoped, it was still a 25-30 minute ride to T2. Mainly just minor inconveniences, but overall, the stay was nice.

The holiday inn was a fine experience. Not very far from the airport, staf communicated though a translater. We found them friendly, will book you a taxi (may have to give them cash), gave us more towels when we asked. Its a 2 minute walk to 7/11. Was perfect for us and our short stay. Would recommend. Some useful points: Cheap taxis to and from airport and city centre, Did not have to use the shuttle service.

Breakfast may not be to everyone's taste, but was fine. (You won't starve)

Everything was very good and lovely. The food was exelant for me. Every one seemed to be happy. There were people from many differend countries The people who took care of us were so nice I want to ho back there

You can not drive in china but this was never a problem for me I loved this country and the people. I will go back there again because there are so many places I want to visit and I realy love the people. I always got help in no time and when I left I got gifts from my new chinese friends. There is nothing I didn't like. It was a unforgetable trip.

The location was accessible by buses to go places and to subway station. The free continental breakfast was excellent with different menu everyday. I was Honored with a Gift and Special Soup & Fruits Platter for Dinner on my Birthday-(October 3rd). The entire Staff services were Professional and Friendly.

Unavailability of Hotel 's Shuttle Bus to/fro the (PEK) Airport because of a 1-week National Holiday for China's 75th Independence Celebrations.

The hotel was clean and cosy. The staff were very helpful .

The location was isolated . Everything was far from the hotel , most of your time will be spent on roads .

The Staff friendliness & willingness to help. The Hotel is very warm during this Winter time. Staff response to guest's issues without hesitating and in no time. Cleanliness of the Hotel & peace of mind.

Dinner Menu I had Kung Chao Pao & Salad on Friday when i arrived... it tasted very well. But on Sunday when I order the same, it was different.
