Great hostel in an awesome location. Always good vibes from staff, and they were happy to help with any concerns I had. The sleeping arrangements were spacious, and the communal areas were clean and inviting. Also, dog is very cute, and it was nice to give him a pat when I missed my dog back home.

Only downsides I would say is the location is a little noisy at night so earplugs were needed. Also I got eaten by mosquitos during one night. Overall, it was a super positive experience, and the issues were minor.

First of all I would like to say a big thank you to all staff members involved in running this hostel. It was a great first place to stay for my first time visiting China. The staff are friendly and helpful, the cleaners keep the place tidy, there are plenty of sitting areas such as the bar on the first floor and the lounge on second floor for relaxing and socializing as well as playing games like pool. I would recommend this place to all travellers, the price is fair, location is convenient, friendly and helpful staff, and an overall feeling of comfort.

Location - it was about 7 minutes walk from Taisheng Road South subway station, which is a good location as I could get to Chengdu East Railway Station easily (about 20 minutes) to take high-speed rail and it's also near many places of interest (e.g. Chunxi Road, Tianfu Square, Kuanzhaixiangzi Alley, Wenshu Monastery are 2 stops away and some other attractions are just a few stops further away) Facilities - the locker provided (accessed using their keycard) is quite big. Slippers and a towel is provided and you are given a bottle of mineral water every day (you can use the water dispenser on the first floor to top up your bottle). Cleanliness - the room was really clean. You need to take off your shoes and change into slippers at the main hallway before you go into your room. Nevertheless, the staff still mops the floor every morning so the room is really nice. Comfort - the bed was very comfortable. Value for money - I felt it was well-worth the money and would be happy to go back there when I go back to Chengdu.

Facilities and cleanliness - on the floor that I stayed on, there was only 1 toilet with 2 cubicles for showering, 2 cubicles with toilet bowls and 2 urinals. There can be potentially many people staying on the floor and during my stay, the cubicles with toilet bowls were often occupied unless I go very late (like around midnight). The toilet also often had an unpleasant smell so definitely there is room for improvement there but I understand it can be challenging because there are so many people using. Comfort - it could get a bit cold sometimes as it was winter season.

They are a like a company with a lot hostels between China, I stayed and 3 of them, my Favourite without doubt is for Hangzou the staff there are amazing, very organised, they answered the questions very quickly and they even gave me a free breakfast, the others two was in Chengdu and Xi'an, chengdu the staff are a bit lost they gave me one bad and after another girl was to be in the same bed but I don't have any complaints about the place or the room all the services was very good, xi'an staff are good but they take too long to answer the questions 😅, but the place is good too, all the places is like the same, have a good structure and good rooms, they offer some supplies and have space to relax, watching TV and laundry. Super recommend 💗

The hostel brand is really nice. I got upgraded from a 10 bed dorm to an 8 bed dorm.. Staff is friendly, hostel has a great breakfast and coffee, and also the location is really convenient

I got upgraded, which I appreciated, but I shared the room with only girls who live there. The room was really messy and smelly. They also eat in the room and till late night it was super loud. The girls were friendly, just a different vibe compared to me. I slept for maybe 4 hours as I wanted to explore the area. The cleaner couldn't clean properly because it was full of stuff all over the room.

The hostel was nice and modern. The bedding was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hostel was cleaned regularly, as I frequently encountered the cleaning staff. The location is excellent! However, I was very disappointed with the bathroom. Although it was maintained, there was an unpleasant odor that could definitely be improved. I don’t understand how an accommodation with such high ratings can have such an unappealing bathroom.

Hostel very clean and central, it is very close to the main square of the city, the guys at the reception are very friendly, they helped me book my train tickets to my next destination and my tickets to go see the pandas, as it was the first time I came to China and did not understand anything, they were very friendly and attentive. The beds are very comfortable and clean, the rooms are very quiet so I could rest very well

The location is good, easy to access to most of the attractions(by walking /bus/metro). Bus stop is just outside the property, or approx 7mins walk to the metro station. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room and the bed is bigger than I thought. And love the shoe locker to keep the outdoor shoe, it helped to keep the room cleaner. Like the activities they holding, movie night, live music, game, etc.

Always had a chill, but lively atmosphere that was really nice to be in. A place I would recommend.

For the price it was not bad at all, could ask for some healthier food options on site, but I didn’t investigate so I could be wrong.

In a very central area, very nice and helpful staff, Speak good English, cheap Laundrey 24 hours , clean rooms with free towels and a bottle of water every morning. Highly recommend this place.

If they make more socializing events it will be much more fun… like half price for drinks from 6-7pm. Because the bar was always empty..
