the hotel is clean, modern and the rooms are very comfortable. the location is good. subway few minutes walk away. There’s a lotus supermarket 3 minutes by walk where you can find pretty much anything you might need. When I checked-in, 盘丽琴 was so welcoming, polite and helpful. 盘丽琴 even helped me to bring my things to my room cause my hands were full. What an amazing kind person that proves her commitment to give the hotel a good image so customers have a good time. Most people from lobby would not offer this help. she did with a smile. Since the first minute meeting 盘丽琴 and see her sincere dedication to her work, i already knew my stay would be perfect. thank you 盘丽琴 for making my stay a good memory :) I mentioned 盘丽琴 because i mostly interacted with 盘丽琴. however everyone working there are very nice and helpful people. everytime i needed help, every member of the team did their best. even the cleaning personnel are nice people. i think there is a good leadership in this hotel ***Im so tired to see people complaining about hard bed. Let me explain this: In china people prefer hard beds. Its the culture. its healthier for your back. If you dont like this dont come to china!!! Do you think the whole chinese culture and society will adjust to your little complain? you are a guest in this country!!!! not happy dont come thats it. no body is forcing you.

honestly i dont have any complaints. i had a great stay and will return for sure. i saw a recent bad review of someone from England. I can assure you its grossly exaggerated and unfair. Its malicious. I really dont agree with his review.

Very good location. it took only 20 mins to reach the Fair Complex by Cab. The Metro is very near even the Lotus supermarket is very close. Pizza Hut and other many shops are available nearby. Closely located to two banks. very clean. The shuttle service is really good. they give refreshments in the shuttle as well as when you reach hotel there are arrangements for more refreshments. The moment you step into the room, some really good songs play.

The Room allotted was very far from the lift. since i don't eat eggs, sea food and meat the breakfast had only fruits and bread butter for me., very few options.

- how friendly their staff are - great location (walking distance to subway) - spacious and clean room - the items delivery robot is just so cute

- wrong reservation (room type) recorded by the staff (but they do change me to the correct room type afterwards) - the hygienic issue during breakfast (the chef just shook off the food debris on the table liner and put it back to the table instead of changing a new one when cleaning the table which I just sat on the next table)

Convenient location,5mins walk to the subway and restaurants. Front desk service is outstanding and friendly, Given us a memorable experience. Breakfast lounge service is excellent and foods are western and Chinese foods. Hotel is very nice and clean with very good housekeeping services. Provided washer and dryer service is a big plus for a long term stay travelers. Initially, we planned to stay about a week to 2 with this hotel. As a result. We stayed in this hotel and extended to 40 days.

Not a 5 stars hotel, but felt like having a 5 stars VIP service

The room was clean, bed was very comfortable and the bathroom nice and big. Buffet breakfast was extremely well set out and more than enough to satisfy the majority of people. Staff went out of their way to help as much and as best as they could.

WiFi didn't work well at all. Had excellent strength, but very slow and limited in what you could access on the internet.

Everything else; room, bed, bathroom, breakfast, self-service laundry, staff, location.

Shower head could use a better clean/scrub Could use another box of tissues in the bathroom Air con is a bit loud even at the lowest setting Slight smell of smoking. Usually minimal in the room

I've stayed in a lot of hotels in Guangzhou, and this is in my top 3. It's elegant, beautiful, clean, very affordable and very traveller-friendly. They even fetch you from the airport at no extra cost. Has a fully equipped laundry room, the dining area is open to guests throughout the day until 23:00 with free bites here and there. I'd highly recommend it.

I don't like the fact that it's far from the city/city centre. The drawback is that there aren't any restaurants or eating places around. Travelling to the city is very expensive, you end up paying toll fees in the taxi cab. That's the only drawback about the hotel.

Highly recommend this hotel, great value for the money. Rooms are looking very good, spacious and cleaned every day, including the towels. Staff speaks a little english, but tried to solve every request, they were very kind. Location is goods, about 5-7 minutes away from Chebeinan metro station. From there you can go directly by metro to the New Town.

Amazing hotel with great service.

The location of the hotel was very near with the subway. A lot of local restaurants nearby. The lobby was big and the rooms very spacious. The rooms were very clean, everyday towels change and room cleaning. Water and different juice every day. The bathroom was great with every needed items (tooth paste, tooth brush, combs, shavings, hair dryer)

At the reception they didn't speak English. Still they did their best to fulfill all requirements. The breakfast was limited and strange for europian taste.
