The view is phenomenal, room size is bigger than what I thought it would be. Guest relationship sent me the welcome massage and the coffee and tea station was wonderful. The hotel location is nice we can reach to the city center by walk or subway. Nighttime view is the high light, swimming pool water quality is without doubt. Hotel staff is very nice and helpful, respond very quick after I addressed the issue of the room. Breakfast offered at the executive lounge and had a nice view and the food choice is more than what I expected. The price might be bit higher than other hotel but the view is no question I paid for it.

Bathroom temperature is unable to control by the thermostat in the bathroom. And the shower system is bit complicated.

I was only disappointed by the lingering smell of cigarettes in one of the room.

The hotel is great, considered 7-star. The lobby is spacious with a stunning high view. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The room was upgraded with a full river and tower view. The restaurant is excellent, offering a variety of food. Room service also provides excellent meals. Everyone is welcoming and very polite. The room is cozy with a lovely atmosphere. You are in the middle of everything, with a big walkway nearby and many places to explore. It's the best place to stay in Guangzhou.

The only issue was with the workers at the entrance, who were not welcoming. They also called a taxi using their app, but the fare was very high. A trip to the airport cost 400 CNY with a regular taxi. The hotel manager should improve this service, as it does not reflect the Four Seasons standard of service.

The hotel’s location was excellent close to everything we needed and well-connected by public transport. It made getting around the city incredibly easy and stress-free.

The staff were welcoming and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. Breakfast was great and everything was fresh and neatly presented. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and efficient, making it a great place to relax after a long day of exploring.

The service received from the staff at the Four Seasons Guangzhou was impeccable. I cannot fault them at all. They were so so helpful before arriving to the hotel, whilst we stayed there and even after our departure. Nothing was too hard and they were so helpful in assisting us with getting to and from Canton Fair (the primary purpose for our visit). The room was spacious for two and a comfortable desk and lounge and wardrobe. The bathroom was also very modern and spacious.

Fair warning if you are afraid of heights, the hotel lobby is on level 70 and all rooms are above level 70.

Love the hotel. It meets four seasons standard absolutely. Hotel room is very spacious. Hotel staff offered us a corner room which is bigger in size and suits us a family of 3 even better. Facilities are new and well maintained. comfortable bed. The dressing/powder and bathroom area is my favourite! My 12 years old girl loves the auto lid-lifting toilet and the bathroom mirror with tv on. Hotel staff are very helpful. The front desk girl Meggie helped me to book train tickets to HK using her personal account when concierge was off work. Really appreciated.

Nothing really for hotel itself. However we went to the Tian Bar at 99th floor a night. Unfortunately they allow smoking indoor. Even the staff moved us to the "non-smoking" area but it was still so stinky! We didn't stay long and I don't think I will ever go to this bar again even thought they have very beautiful view.

I like the quality of the service and the friendly staff, they were always helping us facilitate my trip and my tours, special thanks to Eva Chen and Ivan_CGL. I like the view and the restaurants in the hotel, also the location was amazing.

the only thing that I didn't like is the need to change the elevator to reach the room.

Gym facility is excellent. Swimming pool is good too. Service from all levels is perfect, such as first floor at ground level: offer help to guests in the transport issue. Concierge: offer top class service to help guests book tables for meal.

Breakfast buffet: hope can add more varieties of food especially Chinese dim sum. If possible, hope to add Japanese type of food. Also more fruit choice. Lift: as hotel cover many floors, during busy moment, sometimes wait for a while, but still acceptable.

We stayed 5 nights and absolutely loved the Four Seasons. The room had a great view thanks to Jacky for upgrading us to the deluxe river view. Service was excellent and when we needed to buy something, Tim -concierge- helped us order on meituan and got it delivered in 1 hour! That’s really awesome because we cannot read Chinese . In a previous visit we had stayed at another international chain and there was no such service. In fact service was dismal . So, Thank you Four Seasons for the memorable stay . We will be back

Exquisite furnishings and super plush beds. Architecture was stunning. Staff extremely accommodating with literally everything we requested. It's like they don't know the word "no" It's also next to Mall of the World (Huacheng) so it's a gourmet wonderland within 300 meters.

The elevator to the lobby on theater 70th floor literally shoots into the stratosphere so my ears suffered a little. It's in Tianhe so it's close to the Guangdong Museum but rather far from the old parts of Guangzhou and all the pedestrian streets.
