This is a great hotel in new part of town with plenty of places to walk around close by or short taxi to other locations. Has great facilities and it stands out for simply being organised with staff that really great staff that engage with you.

This Ritz Carlton is entirely perfect and gets 10 out of 10. We stayed in a Tower View room, which was very spacious and had amazing views of the TV tower. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is great. Staff is efficient and speaks good English. The hotel is right next to the main promenade in the centre of the city and the core business district.

The only minor issue to report was that the bathroom socket was fitted in an odd way, at an angle to the floor line. This is a minor maintenance point.

My stay was absolutely phenomenal, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt like a VIP. They were attentive to every little detail and made sure I had all the information I needed, plus they offered helpful local tips with a genuine smile. A special mention must go to the personal assistant, who made my stay truly unforgettable. She studied in Switzerland and went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I could possibly need, from personalized activity suggestions to making sure my room was always perfect. Every day, there was a delightful surprise waiting for me at the entrance — whether it was a unique local experience, a thoughtful gesture. It was such a lovely touch that really made me feel special. The room was nothing short of perfection — not only beautifully designed, but every little detail was meticulously thought out. It was clear that this hotel truly cares about its guests' comfort and happiness. This hotel is a true gem, and I honestly can't wait to return. The level of service, the attention to detail, and the warm hospitality made it a stay to remember. If you're looking for a place where you feel truly taken care of, This is the perfect choice. The experience is much better than I expected, guest relationship staff give us welcome email and also welcome fruit while we check in and we did check in bit early than we told them. Bed was comfortable and even there is some malfunction but the staff response so fast and they fix it right away. They offer me some night time snack and drinks we are very appreciated. They check the room very often and once towel was used they change before we back to the hotel. I think this hotel is the one has our high light during our stay in every section. Differently will stay next time.

Bathtub tile came off and the shower head for the tub is not working. It has some age showing that the hotel opened more than a decade.

The room decor and styling was classic 'Ritz-Carlton' style. It was a beautiful room that was spacious with enough furniture (lounge, dining table) to work as well. The wardrobe was a small walk in and perfect for what I required. The bathroom was very spacious with double sink, bath, shower & separate toilet room with a toto toilet. The staff were attentive and helpful and the location is a perfect spot and across from a park. I'd definitely recommend. The buffet breakfast was extensive with many options to suit all tastes and was comfortable size in a beautiful room.

I cannot think of anything that was not satisfactory with my visit.

The room was amazing, comfortable, and clean. The bathroom was spacious and well kept, the toilet was an automatic bidet. The went above and beyond to send me a lost item

Breakfast was just ok for an hotel of this category. Hotel pool is not nice and you can´t swim without a cap, also looks like it´s a paid swimming pool. You can´t use the spa without a +200USD treatment and the showers and sauna are in bad shape. Some parts of the hotel smelled really bad.

Excellent breakfast, excellent location. great staff very kind and try to help all the time. the room rate was also good value for money. the hotel was in a great location and spotless. Everything was very clean and well maintained everything worked.

Although all the staff were very nice and kind unfortunately their master of english language was a problem at times especially on the phone. The hotel should do much much better job providing English language training to the employees. The Chinese restaurant does not meet the expectations. I had dinner once there it was too expensive and I had much better Chinese food at the food court than that restaurant.

Everything has been a wonderful experience. I first thought that the room was a little expensive but in a very few hours, I felt that was perfect. I never regretted to come to your hotel and I am sure that I will come back again.

The only remark I'd like to make is this: in room #3601 I could hear discussions and many voices after midnight. Loud enough to wake me up around 1:30am to 3am. People were having loud conversations. It happened almost every night.
