So far my favorite hotel in Guangzhou. I’ve stayed here 3 times already. I like the room, roomservice, staff (!!), pool and spa. This place is much better than grand Hyatt and you can see it reflecting in price. Concierge service helped us pick a good restaurant for our lunch 🙆‍♀️ I like the continental breakfast ordered by room service. It’s cheaper and cozier than hotel’s canteen breakfast I guess, the advantages are obvious, so I’m gonna go straight to disadvantages that made my stay a bit uncomfortable

There is a very poor soundproofing, when you can hear your neighbors coughing (and not only that) through the air ventilation rack Also, I don’t like that every time they see me at the front desk, it’s like they’re seeing me for the first time. If you want to go to a rooftop bar, book veranda seats in advance!

Excellent Hotel to stay in quanzhou. Everything you expect from a 5 star hotel and more. The location is great for the subway, just downstairs, which the subway line connects to a lot of places. Shopping mall across the road for restaurants grocerie, etc.I will definitely be staying there again on my next trip to guangzhou. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great stay with fantastic view of GuangZhou CBD. Special thanks to mr Alex Yang for the smooth check in and check out process. He is helpful and experienced. Also offered to upgrade the room at 90rmb only and allow to check in to our room at 1-2pm. Fast and efficient ! Rooftop bar is recommended ! Nice ambience and spectacular GZ tower /city view 👍🏻 Staffs are nice to arrange us a seat even though last minute reservation made during Christmas night itself .

The location is exceptional, the hotel decor is modern and with good views of the whole city.

We drove to the hotel and the only thing that we picked at was the changing of lifts. We needed to take the lift from the car park to the reception and then take another lift to the level that we stayed. A bit troublesome to some extend

Great view over the city and river from room. set up really well for business travelers with table and multiple sockets for electronics, nice firm bed, toilet separate from rest of bath. Espresso machine in room.

the hallway carpets looked quite stained, like there was a recent flood.

The hotel is exceptional in every thing from the profesional al treatment of the staff and the location close to the upscale neighborhoods as well as in terms of cleanliness and food.

Hotel is modern and maintained well. Breakfast is exceptional. Dinner in the Cantonese Michelin restaurant was also outstanding. Facilities are good. Beds were comfy. The location is right in the middle of the financial district. 50 minutes drive from the airport.

You need a swimming cap to swim in the swimming pool. And room service could be faster. To wait 30 minutes for the ice bucket is a bit long.

The hotel was perfect, with beautiful views all over Guangzhou. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The Rooftop bar was (fully booked) But there were still some places free, and no one helped us there. Also, the breakfast could have more variety with these hotel prices. The rest of the hotel and stay was Perfect.
