The hotel room is very comfortable and spacious. Location is about 7 minutes walk to Zhujiang Xincheng MRT station. The hotel is close to eateries and malls. Overall it was a very pleasant stay!

Nothing that I dislike. The hotel is not located on the ground floor. Its main lobby is on the 5th floor of a building. So the hotel presence might not be obvious when you are searching for it the first time. But it is not a big issue.

The rooms are very big, breakfast has many options and also freshly prepared by cooks, location is very good - easy to grab a taxi and get to the subway, lots of restaurants nearby with Happy Monk just downstairs in the same building

no English channels in TV and overall TV system seems very complicated and addressed to locals mostly.

Love almost everything about this hotel. It's new and it's relatively cheaper than other hotels nearby. Free snacks and fruits available at the bar all day long and they have one of the best restaurants just at the 2nd floor. Great location just at the CBD where you can walk around the park and get access to all the spots you want by car, metro or taxi.

The only thing I would say is if the sound proof can be a little bit better will be perfect, one night I can hear the people in the adjacent room.

its a great hotel a little hidden but definitely worth staying in; big rooms, all seems to be quite new and fresh. breakfast has many options also freshly prepared by cooks. location is prefect - minutes away from subway, the park and the tower, also not a big problem with taking a taxi.

Excellent location, one minute away there is a good bar/restaurant, two coffee shops. Delicious breakfasts. Excellent service, prompt cleaning. Huge bed.

The GYM is very small. Several treadmills and dumbbells maximum 14kg. I am a strong man, there is nothing to do there, I just left. In general, the price tag is too high for this hotel (Possibly because of CantonFair)

Great Location - easy to travel to for Canton Fair. Lots of shops and restaurants in easy walking distant. Comfy rooms, good showers/Bathrooms, good facilities in the hotel. Free afternoon snacks and drinks in the lounge.

slow, sketchy wifi, staff do not speak great English, so on occassion difficult to communicate

Facility was amazing but the staff was more focused on domestic guests as they know veey little english

Language barrier between the staff and the entrance of the hotel was not shared properly as the reception was in the 5th floor of the building.

staff is very good and kind , location is very good near canton fair and canto tower. Free drink is good it should refill food immediately. some run out and no refill it anymore

Free drink and food at 7pm-9pm , some food run out and no replacement. it should be increase more quantity because it 's not enough for all guest.

Will surele be booked to MaxX the next time we go to Guangzhou. Location, facilities, access, hotel people are great. Though I would suggest better or more breakfast options.
