Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Allen. From the moment we arrived, Allen went above and beyond what we could have ever expected from a hotel receptionist. He was available around the clock, even outside his working hours, making sure we had everything we needed. Allen didn’t just perform his duties—he took full responsibility for ensuring our comfort and well-being, even helping us with personal issues outside the hotel. His actions went far beyond his role. Allen didn’t just meet expectations; he redefined them. He demonstrated leadership and care, acting as if our needs were his personal priority. His dedication left a lasting impression on us, and because of him, we’re now loyal customers of this hotel. Additionally, we want to give special thanks to Allen’s colleague, Kitty, who was equally wonderful. She assisted him with the same level of professionalism and warmth, making our stay even more pleasant. Both of them truly exemplify what excellent hospitality should be. Excellent staffing who are service oriented, especially front desk’s Jiaojiao. I feedbacked that the first room I was assigned had a heavy smoke smell and she got me another room quickly while briefing me that the room is on a lower floor and has a poorer view. The other room was better and agreeable.

Does not have floors that are non-smoking. I don’t think it’s a big ask given it’s a hotel that hosts all travelers, domestic and international. International guests who do not smoke will not be ok with rooms with the slightest smoke smell.

Very cooperative staff, clean, good location, free transportation to Canton fair is a great service, breakfast was not really diversified, but still acceptable compared to similar Guangzhou hotels. the suite was well equipped and restful very good value for money

the bar is very nice but too expansive, smoking policy doesn't look well implemented , you may still smell smoke in some corridors , breakfast should be more international and less local

everything in side my room was modern ,the technology was something l have not seen in some hotels, l really loved it, great location near banks, taxis are just near the hotel less than 200m

my view was not that good, and breakfast food was not that much of what l really like English breakfast ,tv channels was hard for me to watch due to the language, and also it was difficult to communicate with staff members due to language barrier.

Facilities all still relatively new.Staff in the breakfast room very helpful.Shuttle bus service good and well organised .Generally a very good hotel and would stay again.Excellent Thai restaurant outside.

Certain front desk staff very miserable and appear to be unfriendly .Could do with more fresh fruit and western food at breakfast.

Very nice, a little far from canton fair but doable. There is a McDonalds downstairs and a high street like strip within walkable distance that’s lovely for a night walk. I felt very safe in this Neigbourhood

Rooms had a cigarette like smell but that went away after a while

For us, the location was very good. The hotel was clean, the laundry service was affordable, and I really liked the shampoo and conditioner in the shower.

I found the bed too hard, but that is a personal preference that shouldn’t reflect negatively on the hotel itself. The bathroom was small, but it had everything we needed.

THe bar should close later, specially during times of exhibitions in the city

I like the location of the hotel because there are many restaurants nearby.

the toilet was not well cleaned everyday . There was dust on the table and during my entire stay it was not cleaned
