Very nice buffet style breakfaster. Very location for business and family vacation

Everything is perfect for us. The entire building includes residents, shopping and restaurants, and business offices and banking. You will find everything you want to start your life in Guangzhou

It was a nice and comfortable hotel in a nice New área.

The room was not very ergonomic, so whoever designed it was not very professional. Also the guys workin in the pool were not professional as everything was sloppy and even 1 week there there was a bathing suit in a shower and will be for life.also the towls very hard to get in the pool and the most important they were cleaning the floor marbel and mixing electricity and water near the 3 year old and ofcoarse noone understood what i was complaining about We got a very expensive price.

Amazing front desk service ,lady name Ms Sal.li she did great job , I’m traveling more than 15 years , a lot of hotels , but yesterday was special amazing services at the front desk by lady her name called Ms Sal.li i really appreciate her hard work and amazing service, thank you from deep in my heart for the hotel management that’s they have this kind of the service in the front desk, 💓

Because of the amazing service ,

1. Hotel is located in the middle of business district, so quite easy to get around the city from there. 2. Room was very spacious and had everything you might need for a convenience of a home away from home. 3. Reception was helpful with whatever requests I had (extra water for example). 4. There is a swimming pool, gym and a small indoors children playground. 5. Great soundproofing.

1. Check-in process took a little longer than needed - staff seems slightly confused about my reservation for some reason. 2. Furniture in the rooms is starting to show signs of wear and tear (some spots on the chairs, old wooden tables etc) but nothing too putting off. 3. Bathroom lights are slightly too dim for my preference.

Hotel service is up to standard. Front desk or house keeping staffs tried their best to offer assistance during my stay. Wifi is good, can use google, youtube...you can connect the world. Breakfast room choice is good.

The property can consider to offer twins bedroom type apartment. It is very inconvenience to share a king size bed, even though share with family.

The location was prime position in the center of everything! The view was amazing of Guangzhou Tower and the rooms where spacious and well ventilated. The team led by Sally (Sall Li) was very communicative and helpful.

Best breakfast I've ever had. Exellent service and location. Comfy room; easy and close access to everything you need.

Sound proof between room units needs improvement, but otherwise, perfect.
