In general, all team members were helpful, knowledgeable and engaging, a credit to your establishment. Highlights - 1. First impressions, the reception on the twenty second floor had spectacular views of the Canton Tower, simple wow! 2. The room, beautiful design and fantastic performance by the house keeping team. Please pass along my sincere thanks to your team. 3. The breakfast, such a superb variety of foods catering to all tastes, a fantastic experience. 4. Support, due to personal reasons I had to cut my trip short and return home. The reception team accommodated this request without hesitation which was appreciated.

Lowlights - none, really enjoyed my stay. Opportunity to improve - having a coffee pod preparation machine in the room would have been the icing on the cake for International visitors.

Grand Hyatt is the most affordable 5 star hotel you can get in the centre of Canton. I think it’s a great choice if you’re traveling for work: convenient location and great service for a good price. And you don’t have to spend 2 minutes in elevator every time you want to go to your room (the hotel isn’t a skyscraper unlike the neighboring buildings) The pool is great!

Grand Hyatts are known to be older than Park Hyatts. I didn’t like the view, the room’s layout (it was like a maze), the amenities (smell bad 🛀) Eventually, I moved out into my favorite Park Hyatt)

The Grand Hyatt Guangzhou is a fantastic choice. The rooms are comfortable, and the amenities are top-notch. The breakfast remains impeccable, as it has been for years. Having lived in the city for many years, I know it like the back of my hand, and the hotel's location is perfect—right in the city center with easy access to the metro. I would definitely stay here again.

However, the facilities could use some remodeling as they haven't changed since the hotel opened in 2008. Also, keep in mind that the hotel does not provide a VPN. Despite this, I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location you can walk to main plaza and hubs of transportation.

Staff were not very friendly. When checking in, the receptionist was not useful at all when I asked about my invoicing. He basically did not want to go and figure out how to do it and just wanted me to accept his reply but I’ve been to many hotels in China and I knew I was not asking anything impossible. After 20 minutes of impoliteness, he went and found out how to do it, which he could have done since the very beginning.

Room was spacious and very clean. It was equipped with all the required amenities. Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi were great. There were lots of options in Breakfast menu for both Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian. Location is great!! Its near to all Business centers, Metro stations and Canton Tower. Entire hotel staff is very polite and helpful. They made my 6 days long stay very comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend Grand Hyatt hotel for business travelers.

The location is very convenient, just 5 mins walk to large malls and right next to the park; the room is very comfortable, especially the bed; the staff is polite and very easy to communicate with.

Just details: in the breakfast space the food is too spread out; often same hotel categories rooms have coffee machine, welcome food etc, here only the kettle with teabags; the bathroom and toilet area isn't big.

This was our 4th booking in this hotel, we ordered a long period stay and when we came we asked for high floor. We got an answer there us only 8th floor but after we insisted surprisingly a 14th floor was found.. so why not to give it immediately... that's the reason for 9 and not 10.

It’s looks as a normal 5 stars hotel by all they have provided.

A few things that is this hotel should need to be improve. 1. All the restaurants are too expensive(comparing others). I am not suggest the customers to use of them. 2. The reception counter on the 22nd floor, and no elevator can directory from ground to other floors, every time needs to stop on 22nd floor by as a transfer. It’s very stupid and funny. 3. 3:00pm check in time it’s too late for the day. Mostly worldwide hotels are maximum on 2:00pm.

It's definitely worth the money spent, with the perfect location and services. The room was comfy and large and had all the facilities needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room design was pretty bold; it was very unconventional in China that they put the bed in the centre of the room. But I liked it.

Walkable to Canton Tower. Near to green park. Near to office buildings. Hot water jacuzzi was relaxing. Good view from window.

Far from Metro and Good shopping malls. Lift system.
