Fantastic staff, very helpful and friendly. Very lively area full of options for food and drinks. Very comfy room and super fair price. Please make sure to close windows and use the AC, I got eaten by mosquitos. Overall I would definitely recommend this place

A little difficult to find the first time but the staff came to meet me outside when I told them I couldn't find it. One thing that could have been better would be having the option of breakfast. Otherwise a lovely stay

The location is great to reach to the subway and around the centre. The cleaning service is great. The staff is very helpful and responds to any requests quickly and effectively.

There is an electric cooker, however the pots and dishes are hardly enough to cook anything. So it is just a kettle I could use but not really well equipped to cook anything. On a side note, there are a bunch of cafes outside nearby to have meals.

The receptionists were kind, they went out of their way to assist us. They were also very responsive to their chats, they responded quickly when you asked them a question. A very safe and serene apartment

The bowls supplied for cooking were just not enough. Supply a cooking pot with a lid.

I appreciated the spacious room with a kitchenette and washing machine, and the location was convenient, about 15 minutes’ walk from the metro station.

The Wi-Fi connection was weak, the kitchenware was not in good condition, and no tea or coffee sachets were provided.

Very good location. Big space with balcony, kitchen,separate bathroom. A quite area. The reception is very helpful with all my questions. Next time to guangzhou I'll definitely choose this one for longer staying.

The apartment is in the middle of mall, shop, rest, bar, coffee shop, pharmacy BF shop also convenience store.

It's not really convenient because the car wasn't allowed to get in complex, for the first time it would be complicated.

The location of the apartment is very convenient, and the staff reception is enthusiastic, very friendly, and patient in helping me solve problems. They introduced me to scenic spots, and the facilities in the room are very convenient. The cleaning staff are very clean

The location was good for any means of transport.

Room services were not done automatically, I had to ask for it. But when done it was of good standard.
