Only 50-75 meter from Tiyu Xilu Metro station. Tiyu Xilu is one of the centrally located Metro in GZ city. You can take Line 3 Metro from GZ Airport and come to Tiyu Xilu without any line change, which is great for a new comer in the city. Nice clean room, I got a room with window ( not all rooms have window). I will surely come back here if Rates are not reasonable, I would expect rates to be 20% cheaper than existing rate. I will surly shop around the neighboring area for similar hotel at better rate.

The hotel staff is very welcoming and friendly! The room was exceedingly clean. The hotel is right next to a ton of restaurants, and Tiyuxilu station, Exit A, is less than a block away. The early check-in and late checkout were highly appreciated, as I needed quite a bit of time in the room to work. I will definitely stay here again.

A couple of security issues: The door had no kind of latch or any other way to lock solely from inside. Also, the safe worked, but it was not attached securely. My only other facilities-related complaint is that I was hoping for an in-room refrigerator.

Location is great 1 min walk from metro station. Many shopping malls, convenience stores and small diners nearby. The room matched the photos. Breakfast was buffet style and was super delicious. They provide both western and eastern food.

Staff didnt speak english. But its not a problem if you have translating app. Our room window was small. There were also rooms without a window. So look hard when selecting your room.

The location was very ideal. It is close to commercial areas where food and shopping is readily accessible, walking distance from the subway and Festival Walk. The breakfast options were plentiful, with a number of western options too. It is also very convenient to have free laundry service in the property. We are particularly happy with the front desk staff, Fangfang, who volunteered to book our taxi to the airport. She also assisted us when we needed help getting local currency. Good coffee at breakfast too.

The hotel was located in the city centre of Guangzhou and was good to reach by metro. there were restaurants and malls quite near to the hotel and the staff, especially in the breakfast room was very nice.

The first room I got was quite loud, but they switched me to a more quiet room very easily! One person of the staff wanted to fill out the review on booking.com for me and just took my phone, that I did not like.

A very decent hotel choice. Nice location. Didn't try the breakfast here since there are really good restaurant nearby. Room is decently large and clean. They also have a university-dorm-style laundry room on the 3rd floor, even the detergents are free.

I didn't get a room with window, and I don't think you need to get once since the hotel only has 4 floors and there are nothing to see outside other than some old apartment buildings. No mini-fridge or microwave. Some really minor but weird design choices, like how the bathroom is connected. Not really a big deal.

The hotel was quite nice, located in an excellent location, plenty of restaurants, shops, bars and services. The rooms were a bit smaller than I'm used to, but they cleaned regularly. A great advantage was the laundry room with dryer and iron.

Breakfast was the same every day and less selection. We lacked more vegetables, omelettes, other pastries.

The location is good, the staff is friendly, the breakfast was not bad, the room is clean and has everything you need inside.

First we had some problems with check in. My friend forgot his passport but he had an electronic version of it. So some receptionists refused to register him but then the manager came and helped us to solve the problem! Thanks to her.

I used to travel to Guangzhou for business and this the first time i choose and stay in Parco TiYu XiLu, i found that the staff at the reception was very helpful & I wanted to highly recommend the Manager named Jenny, she is very helpful and through out the 4 days stay she's been helping all the needs i requested. i will choose to go back again next next stay:)
