1)Location is superb. 150m to the mall and underground link way to 体育西station. Short taxi ride to 广东东站where i took the bullet train back to Shenzhen ; 2) Service apartment comes wit washer and drier; 3) The TV channels... limited choice

1) Master bedroom bathroom no privacy (full transparent glass, and the curtain is fixed outside the bathroom .... speechless) 2) Apartment is old . I first stayed in this property in 2009, and no visible upgrade of hardwares; 3) Understand the owner of this apartment block has started selling strata units. So you have actual local residents living next to your service apartment, and many are doing renovation... so the place could be noisy with knocking and drilling; and the lifts are kind of messy at times... 4) Breakfast is no way near Ascott high standard, which I can understand since Ascott group is just an operator. The property Owner is not willing to spend much since they have progressively selling off the apartment units.

The apartment is in a good location, about 10 mins walk from metro stop. The size of the apartment is decent, with a kitchen and a large bathroom. The best part is the laundry machine - wash and dry, and a drying rack. The price is less than a 5 star hotel in the same area, so is good value.

The carpet in the hallway seemed dated and need a thorough wash.

We were pleasantly upgraded to a larger and well-equipped room, which enhanced our overall experience. The room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. Moreover, the staff members were kind and attentive. Furthermore, the central location of the accommodation proved to be highly convenient. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the establishment was satisfactory. Overall, our stay was good.

There is no complimentary parking available for customers, and the cost for parking is approximately 62 RMB per day.

I arrived at about 1 am. The receptionist was waiting for me and was very friendly. After such a long flight from the UK, I really appreciated being welcomed so warmly and that everything was ready for me. Throughout my stay, all the staff were friendly and courteous at all times. I had a one-bedroom apartment, which was larger than expected and very comfortable. The hotel had thought of everything, including washing powder for the washing machine and washing up liquid for dishes. Breakfast was a mix of Chinese and European. I enjoyed it. The location was great.

I guess the decor could be updated, but this didn't detract from my stay.

Convenient to everywhere and food is everywhere

Furniture can be upgraded cos it’s too old and now there is removation so might be dusty

Location is great, right in the middle of city centre but tucked in behind the busy streets. Peace and quiet! Breakfast was quite decent, specially good with more varieties on Saturdays and Wednesdays.

Decor could have been warmer and artistic.

Good apartment residence with all amenities and very near to subway station.

Breakfast was very very bad, no change in Menu, Each day same Menu. Chairs , table and every thing required to changed all were very old and dirty.

Center location. Few huge malls nearby. Lots of places to eat out, coffeeshops ect. Subway in 2 mins walking. Very nice location. Good and stable Wi-Fi.

Great location, clean, a bit expensive for the time of staying

Breakfast was not good with very few choices Shower hot water from small heater in the kitchen. Finishes very quickly

Location is central. Very close to station and underground markets. 24hr staff and a reasonable breakfast.
