My 2 bedrooms apartment is newly renovated, and everything is so clean and comfortable. Location is perfect, accessible by subway. There is a big and upscale shopping mall next door. There is a lot of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is nice with Western and local food items. Good to have to kick off the day.

No convenient store nearby. But reception and housekeeping staff are so nice to bring us more than enough bottle of water. Big thanks to them.

Breakfast is good, spread is good with bread and hot food, fruits are very sweet. Love the sandwich and cereal. You can easily order food delivery and send your parcel too. Room is very spacious and clean, kids loved the jacuzzi in the bathroom. Location is near shopping malls and very safe, just beside Taikoo Hui Tianhe.

Nearby affordable food options are lacking but ordering takeaway is easy.

Very good breakfast except that you did not provide soya milk for my coffee, I am lactose intolerant, i.e. can't digest milk. Also the dim sum station do not provide proper Cantonese dim sum. Otherwise it is good. The flat 303 I stayed is newly decorated to a very high standard. It is also extremely comfortable. Thank you for the upgrade.

The entrance hall and the reception area has a very strong artificial scent, which according to doctors, is really not good for you. The staff at the reception are inhaling all the time and it is harmful to them. I stayed in 303 which is very good and comfortable, but one can hear the sound of the lift next to the flat.

Location and the room size. Not far away from Taikoo Hui near Shipaiqiao Metro Station. Service staff was polite and prompt. The residence was neat and no frill. Buffet breakfast while not fancy was delicious and they vary the menu everyday. Full facilities in the unit with washing machine cum dryer.

Residence was a bit dated. But otherwise clean. The pillows were too soft.

The location - near 2 metro lines, one 4 mins walk, the other 10 mins walk, close to malls and Guangzhou East Railway station. We had the one bedroom apartment with the kitchen and washer/dryer combo. Lots of drinking water, and the bed was comfortable.

The property is undergoing some renovation. We were given the “old room”, so the room was a little dated. You could hear construction noises in the morning.

The property located within central Tianhe Guangzhou, right next to shopping center TaiKoo Hui. It is very convenient to explore Tianhe from here. It is also very close to amenities like banks and other public transport mode like mass rapid transit and buses. The facilities is well equipped including gym and wifi is smooth. We like the idea that we could wash our laundry within the unit

The furniture and bathroom fittings are a bit dated in design but those are still in reasonable service conditions

We have forgotten how many times we have stayed at this hotel in the past. The front desk staff and housekeeper are enthusiastic and conscientious in their work and are eager to solve any problems. We are looking forward to staying here again in May. This is our second home. Keep it up! Thanks for the free upgrade to the new room . 😊

The rooms were spacious, very clean and well kept. Receptionists and staffs were helpful.

One of the lamps is in a weird position and I'll knock on it every night. Hope something can be done on this. Breakfast is decent but will be better if it's warmer.

It is great bargain ! Large rooms, courteous front who are eager to help, sufficient gym, very clean, decent breakfast, to name a few.

Although there are few areas in the furniture to show wear and tear, we (group of four) were more than happy with our stay. We will definitely choose this hotel when visiting Guangzhou again.

We liked the friendly and helpful doorman who never failed to greet us when we enter and leave the hotel. He gave us a good impression when we first arrived by helping our DiDi car driver to unload our luggage. The front desk staff are helpful too though not as friendly. The location of hotel is excellent and next to many malls.

The room is dated and need upgrading.
