Great location. Train station is just downstairs. Staff is awesome, hotel and stay was just joyous.

There’s no “drop off point” per se. if it’s raining, the Car can’t drop you off at a dry area, there is at least 3-4m of running in the rain.

The location is excellent as the hotel building is above the shopping mall and also at the exit of the metro line. Other shopping malls are also next door and across the street. Very accessible for food and shopping. Everything is just so convenient for my family as it is our first time in Guangzhou. Staff are very helpful and patient with our various types of questions.

The buffet breakfast is a bit simple with some daily changes. We understand that it is a service apartment hotel but it will be even better if more choices are provided.

The location is just next to subway and many shopping malls around . For better bargain buys go to Tianhe Festival Walk (underground just outside TeeMall) about 10 mins walk from Fraser Suites. Beijing Road Pedestrian Street is about 10 mins by taxi . If using the local app (Didi) it cost between 16RMB to 20RMB one way . The Suite is spacious, modern , clean and well equipped with microwave and washer/dryer. The staff are courteous and friendly . A special mention to Mike the concierge for his kind assistance during our stay .

We really enjoyed our stay at Fraser suites, we stayed in Two Bedroom Suite for 5 nights. The room decor is impeccable, it's exactly what it looks like in the picture. The location is great as the hotel is connected to the subway and mall, which makes it super convenient. There are lots of local eateries just opposite the hotel, especially Hot Pot and it's delicious and very reasonable. Breakfast is a good variety of western and Chinese dishes. At the reception there is a coffee vending machine with take away cups and a very refreshing fruit flavored drink. The Retreat Room has two massage chairs which is a must try as it's so relaxing after a long tiring day. The staff is also very helpful and courteous. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely fry Fraser Suites in other countries as well. Thanks

I did a lot of research in choosing the hotel to stay in the area and based on reviews and price chose Fraser Suites. It met our expectations. I liked that it had breakfast included and breakfast was awesome. Great selection and kept us going all day until dinner. We had a studio room as I wanted access to some kitchen facilities in case we needed them. Whilst we did not as there were so many great food choices right outside the door, I loved the size of the studio and that extra space it had with the kitchen. The bed was comfortable and all the staff friendly and helpful. The location was awesome and we took the metro most days. You could access a shopping mall directly from the hotel and the metro was accessible one floor down in the shopping mall. The hotel also organised an airport pickup for us (at an extra cost), which was great as we did not have to worry about how we were going to get to the hotel. They were there to pick us up as soon as we cleared customs at the airport. Hotel was clean, has a huge pool and also inside the women's change rooms there is a spa, sauna and steam room. I can highly recommend this hotel. It had everything we needed.

He truly went above and beyond to help me when I was struggling to find a reliable courier service to send my belongings back to Australia. The language barrier made things difficult, but Jackson patiently assisted me and made sure everything was sorted smoothly. Throughout my stay, he was always approachable and ready to help whenever I needed anything. Staff like Jackson make a huge difference – really grateful for his support!

Great location is the reason why we chose Fraser Suites GZ. Even in bad weather or on very warm days, nearby malls are connected via underpass hence it is really convenient for shopping and grocery runs. This is a great bonus for our family.

The car drop off / pick up area is located in the back alleys that are usually seeing heavy traffic and can be intense during peak hours when cars are competing with trucks unloading goods in the back alleys can cause significant delays. After a while we figured out the best way to get into our ride is via the northern exit through the mall.

This is my preferred hotel, and I rarely consider staying anywhere else because it’s simply excellent. The location is unbeatable, with shopping malls, restaurants, and everything I need close by. The rooms are spacious and feature a small kitchenette fully equipped for cooking if I choose to. I often visit the nearby market to prepare small meals, which adds to the convenience of my stay. Middle Eastern restaurants are just five minutes away, and there’s a McDonald’s right downstairs for a quick bite. Plus, the hotel is only 10 minutes from the International Fair Center, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure trips.

The location of the accommodation is excellent, with a subway station right downstairs, making it very convenient. However, taking a DD taxi is still more comfortable and affordable. Initially, I was given a room on the 8th floor, which had no view and was noisy, disturbing my sleep. After raising this issue, the front desk kindly upgraded me to a room on a higher floor, which I found very considerate and commendable. The housekeeping service was excellent throughout my stay, and they even gave us a little surprise at the end, which was a delightful touch. The doormen and front desk staff were impeccable in their manners and smiles, truly embodying the spirit of a five-star hotel.
