the transport to the fair was a brilliant , no worries to catch the metro or taxi, the staff at the hotel were so helpful even with the language barrier they tried there best , Especially to mention by name JADE and 1 of her lady colleagues and 2 gentleman at the counter who,s names I have lost with the traveling. nothing was to much for them to assist with , be it technical info , getting phones sorted out or tourist attractions in the town. Jade would be able to ID these individuals . Room on returning after a long day was spotless every time , with clean towels , excellent

the fact that there is no tv channel like the BBC, Sky News or CNN would be a positive so as to keep up with the news whilst we were away . The wifi coverage when measured on my cell phone showed zero mbps for download speed and zero mbps for upload speed , so from a communication perspective the hotel needs to sort out their wifi , there were many in the lobby complaining about it . Small portions at breakfast , no beacon , no varieties , 1 jam everyday, same pastries every day,

Great location, clean room

The girl at reception desk was very efficient but very stone face, no smile but she wasn't rude, just no expression. I think she is the permanent employee. However, There was a trainee named Ka lai, she was very sweet and helpful to us when we have questions after our checkin.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The room is a bit small and sometimes they forget to refill the tea in the room but it is very clean and comfortable. Laundry room available for use and the machines are very new. Breakfast is nice and there is a variety of items to pick from. The location is in a nice area and surrounded by many restaurants and markets.

Metro station is a 700m away from hotel

The breakfast is good, they prepare the main course you chose besides the light buffet style like porridge, salad and desserts. The best unexpected part is that they not only provide buses to the fair, they prepared a little paper bag with a cake, a chocolate waffle, a fresh banana, a bottle of water. We felt so warm after a tiresome whole day walk at the fair. When we step into the hotel, 2 staffs standing at the entrance greet us with hot tea and towel. Such a caring hotel. We can easily find food within walking distance. Never been to such caring hotel before. Thank you so much.

Good and clean hotel. Had transfer to the Canton fair center during the exhibition. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a must visit Chinese bbq street food night restaurant downstairs, highly recommended!

Restaurant facilities was not good. Too narrow and with limited space. Breakfast was limited by options and there was no buffet as they had before in Paco hotel branches. Restroom solution in the room was a bit weird, there is no wall between restroom and bedroom. Toilet and shower cabin was separate by some decorative door. No soundproof at all. So you definitely will know too much information about your roommate after stating in this room.

Overall, it was very good. Most staff went out of the way to help, and others I would put down as language issues hotel manager extra help

The breakfast it was joke and the service was very poor they needed a different operator to run the restaurant the food was very poor to the point I went to the grocery store and purchased my own stuff to eat in the morning. I met other travelers not part of my group, and no one had positive comments. This will be the only thing they do not get the perfect number, or it might stop to book at the location

The Hotel Staff is very courteous and helpful. They go beyond their duties and help you always. We travelled as a group of friends, and everyone had great experiences with them. - The rooms (with window) are larger than standard size. - Onsite restaurant has a few good options. - Free buffet breakfast is passable (continental). But they are happy to accommodate your dietary requirements. - Daily room service is great. You get new, fresh room every night when you come back from a long day. - Free shuttle twice a day was great addon. You get a very warm welcome when you are back from Canton fair which was pleasant surprise. These people are too nice :) I love them.

- Rooms and linen had a very bad smell of cigarettes. I guess they dont change linen after a guest checks out. - The aircon was a bit noisy. If you need pin drop silence while sleeping, then it could be a problem for you. - If you leave window open, then cigarette smoke keeps coming inside from people smoking on the streets below (people love cigarettes here) - It can make you sick and give headaches. - The restroom in the restaurant is a torture. NEVER use it. It is a Chiese style toilet and always FULL of cigarette smoke and a foul smell of gases. There is no exhaust fan or any ventilation available. I feel really sorry for the hotel staff who have to use it all the time. - Internet worked perfectly for me, but it didn't work for half of us. So it is abhit and miss.

Location is fantastic, not far from metro and easy to find food. Room was clean daily and the bed is confortable.

We were check in into a smoking room even after we inform that we need a non smoking room. This situation was rectified the next day when we approach the reception for change of room.

Great facility, our rooms were clean and very comfortable to stay in. Staff were amazing and very helpful, especially Chase who helped us a lot with our Taobao orders!

Hotel location is very close to amenities like supermarket and food outlets. It is also close by to metro and within walking distance to the shopping malls in Tianhe district.

Breakfast provided can be better. Overall it is an above average experience for my stay.
