The hotel js centrally located in the TeeMall shopping area, lots of restaurant inside the mall. Room size is big and newly renovated. Breakfast buffet have wide spread selection, it also have a chinese restaurant that serve delicious food and at the lobby another restaurant that provide snacks. Metro train is just beside the hotel. Housekeeping staff ms LuSan assigned to the 23rd floor during our stay is very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel would ask for a deposit upon check in and be aware of taxi charging extra.

Great hotel in a great location, right in the heart of Tian He district and a huge shopping mall. The room is spacious, bright on level 26, facing sports stadium, with a pleasant view. The room is clean and the bathroom is spacious as well. The bed is comfortable, but the pillows are too soft, and could not sleep well due to this. The breakfast restaurant is beautiful, with lots of variety choices. However the coffee is not so good, made with machines. The staff are friendly and helpful. I used the sauna and steam room, they are very good. Overall, it's a very nice hotel, I will come back again in my next trip to Guangzhou.

The pillows....too soft. Also the coffees at the breakfast, they are not brew but made by machines. They don't cook egg omelets, scramble eggs,..... everything is pre-cooked and put on the trays, which is surprised, as I have been to many 5 star hotels, they all provide this service - cook fresh.

Excellent breakfast spread, we loved the Chinese options. Location was excellent as well, connected to Tee Mall with lots of dining options.

We arrived for check in punctually at 3pm and it was extremely crowded with a long queue for check in. We had requested for adjacent rooms but this request was not granted. Even worse, we were initially told that our rooms weren't ready and we would have to wait till 6.30pm for them, which is truly unacceptable. Only after we complained were we allocated rooms, which is disappointing. Getting rooms On the second last day of our stay, we also found a dead baby cockroach in the room. That was not pleasant. Otherwise, the room was acceptable and generally clean.

The location was excellent and very easy to access the subway, railway station, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the good sized room which was very comfortable. Breakfast was generally good with plenty of choices to cater to different tastes. Besides our overall good and positive experience, I would like to highlight the exceptional service we enjoyed from the concierge and in particular from Charles. Knowing we could barely understand and communicate in Chinese, he assisted with the planning of the day's activities by helping us book or make our way to places of interest. He had certainly helped to make our stay a memorable experience.

Our stay at the Sheraton Hotel in Guangzhou was truly exceptional in every way, making it more than wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff made us feel so welcome. Always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything we needed, they set the tone for a fantastic stay. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast. It was simply amazing, a wide variety of delicious options, both Western and local, fresh and beautifully presented. Every morning felt like a treat, and we looked forward to it as a perfect start to our day. The entire hotel is elegant, clean, and full of thoughtful details. The atmosphere is calm and luxurious without being over-the-top. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Sheraton is remarkable, but this stay was truly extraordinary thanks to Jack, who upgraded our room for a breathtaking experience with my husband. It was a delightful surprise, and his attention to detail was evident when he provided us with a fruit platter. Jack took the time to address the issues I had with my Bon Voy card, showcasing his dedication and care. He embodies the essence of exceptional service at Sheraton in Guangzhou and throughout China. Having traveled extensively, I've never encountered someone as proactive, kind, and patient as him. Thank you, Jack, for making my stay exceptional.

Changed to 2 separate beds room, thanks to Sylvia! She did a great job handling us at the check in. When checking out at night, a nice boy at the concierge booth helped enormously - he called someone to get a big van to take us to the airport at a reasonable price, helped with our heavy luggage, overall spoke good english and was of great assistance indeed - I don’t know the name but the guy is a star))

Great location, and spacious rooms. Rooms were also clean and provided enough amenities. Spa was very good way to end the day or to relax after some sightseeing before dinner. Concierge was able to help receive a package for me. Mall is connected to the hotel, with a supermarket downstairs.

Spa bathrooms could have done with swimwear drying spinners and bags to hold the wet garments. Swimming pool is outdoors so beware of the wind. The shallow pool is just a bit too shallow for leisure family swim. It’s also a bit of a walk out from the bathrooms to the pool.
