1. The concierge at level 1 are friendly and helpful. They helped to negotiate down an unscrupulous taxi who demanded USD70 fare from airport for a basic taxi ride 2. Good location.

1. Breakfast is fair value but waiters are inattentive and slow in removing finished plates and replenishing buffet. 2. Bed is too soft. Slightest movement by one partner is transferred to the other. 3. No wall electrical socket near both bedsides for phone charging. 4. Microwave oven placed too high for shorter guests. 5. No shower cap, no cotton buds, no toothbrush 6. The aircon outlet is above the bed and blows at the sleeping guest. Even in fan mode the air is very cold for sleeping.

Size of the room is good and clean. Location is good as it is close to metro. There are cutleries in the kitchen and a huge fridge. Breakfast is ok.

There is no proper instruction on the washing machine in our room. It took 2 hours to wash only. Another 40 minutes to spin. The wash, rinse and spin cycle are not combined together but set individually. It took too long to wash one load.

Nice location in Tianhe next to a big park, close to many shopping malls, various restaurants and starbucks, 7mn walk from Tiyu Xilu metro station line 3 going directly to Baiyun airport, 2 stops also from Guangzhou east railway station (10mn walk). The hotel appart is beautiful and clean, staff very friendly and helpfull, the reception is at 15th floor. As they provided a free shuttle bus going to Canton Fair they made a show for each departure and arrival. They created a great atmosphere. Breakfast is very good with a lot of choice for european taste as well as chinese taste. It's our second time stay but we will definitely come back during our next stay in Guangzhou.

We got a great deal to stay here and we had the most amazing time. Service was exceptional from check in to check out . Front Office staff very helpful and friendly. Restaurant staff always smiling and nothing was a problem. Breakfast for us was outstanding , good variety of freshly cooked dishes on buffet each day , we especially enjoyed the Cantonese dishes and choice of teas. Great views from our room , especially at night time. Had an apartment , everything we needed,, the bed was so big and comfortable, found it hard to get up in morning. Location of hotel in easy reach of many food outlets and shopping malls and easy walk to beautiful gardens. Were very sad to leave, home away from home.

The hotel is very well located, close to the metro station and a shopping area. Not all reception staff speak English, but despite this, they are very friendly and make an effort to answer your questions. The breakfast is good, and the restaurant is very beautiful. The apartment was clean and satisfactory. This is not related to the hotel itself, but a word of caution for those taking a taxi from the airport to the hotel: be sure to confirm the fare beforehand, as you may otherwise be charged up to three times the normal rate at the end of the trip.

I did not use the hotel facilities or the restaurant, so I cannot comment on them.

I visit this hotel every year for the Canton Fair. It is a comfortable and satisfying place every time I go. The front desk and concierge staff are friendly and proactive. In particular, the hotel has WeChat service, so even if you are not good at English, you can communicate without any problems and contact the hotel at any time from outside. It is also convenient for parcel delivery and storage. The room is bigger than my house and well ventilated. The room service food and breakfast are excellent, and the price of accommodation is cheaper than other hotels. I am worried that many people will visit this hotel because of my review, and I will have fewer chances to make a reservation next time.

Breakfast is great, but it would be better if the menu changed daily. It would also be nice if there was a swimming pool.

The service apartment offers a very comfortable and spacious living space for us to rest and recouperate during our stay. It is clean, offers a lot of storage space. The morning breakfast is wonderful as well. But most importantly, the people who works at the property is very friendly and helpful, always greeted us with smile. Special appreciation to the cleaning lady on the 20th floor and the concierge at ground floor including Dick, Chris and Steven who had been a group of helpful people who are very polite, accommodative and genuine. We very much appreciate every single extra step that they take to help us throughout our stay. They added extra warmth and brightness to our holiday.

Would be nice if windows (outside) is cleaned so we can have a clearer view of the city.

First time I’ve experienced such seamless consistency and exceptional service across all departments of the hotel. From housekeeping to the concierge, front desk, and breakfast staff, everyone was equally helpful, friendly, and dedicated to ensuring a fantastic stay. It is my second time booking here - first stay was 14 nights and this time 5 nights. It’s truly impressive to see such unity and high standards delivered consistently.

Additional kitchen equipments would be great. The room only provides 2 sets of cutlery.
