Good location, close to shops, restaurants and Flower City Square. Great people taking care about my room, reception and transport to Canton Fairs. I was surprised that every day after fairs Hotel Personel was preparing some snacks and drinks to welcome us at hotel again.

Wifi didn't work at all. It was possible to connect to the network but access to the internet was not available. It would be good to improve breakfast and provide more different products. Overall it was ok but after 7 days I would like to try something else :)

I've stayed here 3 times for 3-4 nights in period of 3 weeks. First two time I shared 2br with one of my friends, and last time I was alone in 1br. Everything was actually great. They allowed me to leave my big luggage between stays while I was traveling to other cities in China. Apartments are big, beds are big, there is lot of space for storage. Breakfast has multiple options. Some rooms has electrical water tank and its recommended to have 20min break between usage but thats probably valid only if 2+ womens are neverendingly showering

It would be nice if there is a pool, but ok. Maybe some spoons and forks for eating if you already have kitchen and can cook.

The location is in a good place whereby there is a lot of food within walking distance, approx 10 mins. Shopping mall is also nearby, if you do not wish to walk, the taxi fare approx or less than CNY 20. There is a little robot that delivers all your stuffs that you ordered timely. View is good too from the balcony.

Pillow wasnt fluffy enough but lucky for me, i got pillows to stack up.

Spacious, clean washing machine with laundry rack. Very friendly staff. Easy to travel around with didi.

Apartment is old with water heater requiring a 20-minute interval between showers. Room was not ready when we arrived after check-in time.

Good size apartment. We are two adults and two boys aged 3 and 4. The Flat was very clean and staff vert helpful. Breakfast could be improved (buffet style).

f I have to think of one disadvantage is the proximity to the Metro. It was 15 minutes walk away.

We had the 2 bed rooms apartment and it's running like a hotel. 24 hours staff in lobby and also daily room cleaning. With the kitchen and laundry equipment, it feels like home. Great value compares to getting 2 hotel room.

the house keeping needs improvement, forgot to provide bath tower in once, toilet roll running out once and forgot to refill shower jell once.

aside from the food because we hardly see food from my country but all good clean kitchen nice set up and eat enough as u can . well done

Great location, 7-11 nearby, near to lots of big shopping malls!! Front desk was helpful all the time. Lots of China hotels has really bad smoke smell, this hotel is ok! They have smoking and non smoking floors so please indicate your preference

There is only 1 bathroom in a 2 bedroom apartment

The staff is amazing, they helped me with everything i need help with and fulfilled every request i had, the apartment was clean, comfortable and the view we had was great. Next time i visit Guangzhou I’ll definitely stay here. Plus points for giving me a smokers room :)

The Location is topnotch. Quiet. Close to everything one needs and upscale.

They just need to have a few more staff who understand English because of their international guests. The staff are courteous and willing to help.
