A very good apartment to stay at. We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious. It had all facilities as mentioned. We cooked our food as we are strict vegeterians. Location was perfect as Canton Fair could be reached with in 15 mins by taxi. Hotel also provided a free shuttle bus for pick up & drop but at designated times. All markets & major tourist spots are like 20 - 25 mins by taxi. Metro station Linhe West is 5 mins by walk. In walking distance you have 7-11, Aoen Super market, Fruit & vegitable shops & Pharmacy. The host does not speak proper english, but still manages by using translator. Their Reception is on 7th floor. The boys at the enterence were very helpful in guiding us places with maps and booking taxi in case of our need. Its a very convenient place to stay.

The enterence to this property is from back side of ICC Mall, taxi drivers stop at the front side which is a little confusing to first timers. Shower Area could have been bigger. Beware of taxi drivers, who can dupe you by taking long route to fair grounds and it will cost more. Nomally a one side ride costs 25 - 30 RMB based on traffic, but drivers can take it to 60 - 80 by taking longer routes.

We requested a late check out as our flight was leaving at midnight and we were prepared to pay for it and the residence accepted and even said that we could have this with no extra cost. When we arrived we were denied this as they were fully booked.

location is close to subway 3 and still walking distance to subway 1. The property has a washing machine. I asked for rails hanger to dry my clothes.

It’s a bit hard to find it at the beginning. The signs are small & not to be found unless you know the place well. The bathroom was a bit small. I thought they assigned me to a requested quiet room which wasn’t the one I booked. I realized their mistake when I extended my stay but didn’t bother to change room again.

I stayed there of about 2 weeks , extended my booking as the location was convenient for me. Not far from metro Stn Linhexi Exit D. Got Starbucks and Lavazza on ground floor in the adjacent building. Theres also a few places to eat in the mall nearby. No famous good restaurants though, but there are plenty very good places to eat within 10-15 minutes by taxi.

Nothing on negative note

The location was very good, easy access to shopping centers and the city centre of Guangzhou. The room was very big and spacious, it had a fridge and washing machine, they even provided washing powder.

The checkin staff service could be improved.
