Very near to the Metro station. Walking distance of 5-7 mins. They have a continent store in the hotel which is very useful if you have forgotten something.

Staff knows little English, which may be uncomfortable sometimes, I needed complementary water that day , when I asked on call they couldn't understand..finally I had to use a translator app to call them up to my room and have to show water bottles to make them understand.

Place, near the metro station, many restaurants and street food near, some supermarkets.

Room Air conditioning is not working, you can't manage it from room. Only central ventilation with periodically uncomfortable temperature. Unable to open window to ventilate the room. Poor breakfast menu, only Chinese cousine.

Near train station

Nil. Just did not like the driver who fetched us from airport to grand palace hotel. He was impatient and drive on the emergency lane which was very dangerous. Totally unfriendly and muttered under his breath complaining .

Location was excellent for our purposed, a short walk to the Metro, lovely neighborhood, good restaurant for dinner, convenience store on site, and great staff. Breakfast was varied.

Location, Cleanliness, Value for the Money

Size of rooms, it’s mentioned 30 sqm but that was inclusive of washroom, closet & bar… don’t fall for that figure, in actual it’s a compact room & washroom

the location of the hotel is perfect and close to all facilities , the stuff were very nice and helpful , the room was very clean and well organized with large space

the stuff didn't speak English well and they use translator

Service of filling complimentary things was not filled. Empty bottles were not removed from the counter.

It was a great room and very comfortable bed ,very clean

Staf need to speak english at the reception as not everyone can speak chinese and google translate it does not work to translate .
