- Excellent customer service (helpful and assisting in receiving Tao Bao packages). - Conveniently located next to PoPark mall (lots of food options) and Train Station (if you plan to commute by normal or high speed rail). - Facilities are great and breakfast buffet is pretty decent. - Good room amenities. Came with a heated toilet bowl which we did not expect.

- Some of the areas in the hotel smell a bit musky, and may be due to the building itself being fairly old.

Location for my is perfect , Breakfast i didnt get it , Room is very good if far from elevator

last time i was here few months ago I got a room very close to elevator so it was too noisy guests waiting the elevator talk loudly and the elevator bell rings a lot every time a guest reach this floor.. Also i dont like the bath tub , it is high and dangerous if slippery floor or a guest dont pay attention he will get hurt very badly NOW most hotels change from bath tub and use SHOWER...I like your hotel very much and hope you can review my notes and make a possitive action.. Location is soooooo goooood. Close to Guangzhou east Metro, Close to Guangzhou east railway, with in a walking distance. You can pay more to enjoy the facilities on the hotel and save your money on calling a taxi as the location is excellect.

This is not the first booking, First time I got a room where having the toilet with Electric Bidet Seat (1822), So my expectation with the toilet is quite high, but the 2nd booking I got a room where having a normal toilet (0805), so quite disappointed, and realised that with the same hotel, not all the rooms having the same standard, depending on your luck too. Or the hotel might have an upgrade plan soon? not sure about that.

Location was in downtown city. Access to train station and shoping center. Breakfast was good but need to add some Asian Cuisine/subcontinent at the time of Canton Fair. Coffee shop was very nice with good ambience. Rooms were cosy but lighting should be bright in the room. Bath room, toileteries were perfect. Bed was quite comfortable.

Over all everything was fine but the rate was a bit higher. Front office and consiour were helpful and friendly

Staffs at Front Office were always helpful in sharing information about travelling around the city. The housekeeping lady at Floor 19 was friendly and kept our room spot cleaned with regular refills of bath soap, shampoo and conditioner!

Stayed for a couple of nights. The breakfast spread was good but repetitive for some selection. It was good anyway. There was a huge tour from Korea and during these mornings in particular, the noodle station chef (the elderly lady) gets annoyed if hotel guests ask more questions. Meanwhile, a restaurant staff reminded the dim sum lady at station for refills which she replied her colleague she could not be bothered in Cantonese dialect. Other than that, we enjoyed our daily wide spread of breakfast at the hotel.

I received a mini portable fan for a complimentary :) The room has the electrical toilet, so good.

Room temperature control is not working, Hotel offered to change the room, however, ending requesting more quilt only. Some language barrier were happening.

Very friendly staff, housekeeping service is fast as they are always available during the morning. Location is near all main train station, which is quite safe and easy access through metro. There is a big shopping mall at the train station, can easily get anything. Thankful it has bathtub.

Breakfast can be improve. Some are quite cold especially the dimsum area. It is limited to 4 choices, might as well put a small menu so ppl can choose and increase more choices so that food can stay warm for the whole morning crowd.

Great location (right across the Guangzhou East Railway station), just a few meters from the metro station! Spacious, comfortable room with all necessary amenities! Breakfast was excellent with many options to choose - both Asian and Western European. Highly recommended!

A very pleasant hotel with kind and friendly staff. The hotel lacks almost nothing, offering a bath with consistently hot water. This is my second stay, and I will definitely return. Just around the corner, you’ll find several restaurants, shopping mall and a 24-hour supermarket. The train/metro station is less than 100 meters away, making the location truly amazing.”

It was walking distance from High Speed Rail station, exit F and you dont have to cross the road, no escalator there though. Opposite a decent mall with good food and some shops.

The pillow was so flat, even when I asked for two more, it didn't help. It was an old hotel but clean and decent enough for a short stay.
