Location was really good. Close to the station, there’s lots of shops nearby as well. Staff was very attentive and helpful and kind. There was a bit of language barrier but nothing that a translator couldn’t solve! My room was cleaned quickly ever day with fresh towels. Lots of amenities in the room, room was specious and clean, there were stains on the carpet but I’m sure it was clean, probably something that can’t be removed. Fresh water was always available. Night stand even came with a charger. WiFi wasn’t very fast, plus as a foreigner there’s lots of limits of which apps we can use, which I knew so I had that covered with vpn.

Only improvement would be a mini fridge to keep my cold food in. I’d definitely stay there again when visiting Guangzhou!

Breakfast was good. There’s enough selection to even cater to vegetarian like me. Noticed that Chef 莫even came out to replenish food when there’s shortage of staff. They accommodate us and let us in to have our coffee and available breakfast (before opening time when we were rushing to catch our flight). There is also supply of mineral water which is great and we didn’t have to buy. The front counter Service is excellent! The staff helped us arranged 7 taxis to the airport for the 14 of us👍👍👍👏👏👏. We had a similar request with another 5⭐️hotel but was told we can just flag down at the roadside. To senior tourists who are not familiar to the local transport mode, the assistance is very appreciated and cherished.

The lift. There is only one lift serving the hotel guests and it is shared with the restaurant. The lift is also very slow.

The property is very conveniently located nearby Jiangtai Road Metro Station. Travelling to zhongda fabric market by taxi or taking a metro from the location was really helpful. Facilities such as room interiors, washrooms, staff services and others exceeded our expectations. Receptionists were really helpful, they always had translator devices handy to quickly respond to our queries. Hotel breakfast was pretty decent as well with impressive spread of breads, eggs, bacons, chicken, porridge, fruits, beverages, corn, sweet potato and many other traditional chinese delicacies. Paco is located in a very vibrant neighborhood, therefore there is never a dull moment around the hotel with few stores and restaurants open almost 24 hours.

Very good buffet breakfast and helpful staff. Location was also good close to bus stops and the 2nd line metro which goes straight to the Airport and High speed rail station. Many good shopping areas and restaurants were also nearby. The hotel was quiet, with modern, well equipped rooms and a nice reception area. There was also free washing and drying machines which were new and worked well.

The room was very good but public areas often smelt of cigarettes.

Value for money, quality at reasonable cost. Standard of quality is the same across all branches of Paco Hotels Group as I am a regular every Canton Fair. I have tried and stayed in several branches. This brand of hotel is a go to whether you are a regular or new to the Canton Fair because of systematic service it provides to guests attending the Canton Fair. From my assessment, Paco Hotels Group has the most number of buses dedicated to Canton Fair guests as you can see the buses in the parking area and too many hotel staff assisting guests. You cannot get lost, just ask any staff with the placard with the hotel logo in the parking area. Bottled water and a bag of fruit and simple goodies are a regular when you get to the bus going back to the hotel. Some branches offer coffee and simple snacks at the hotel lobby when you get back to the hotel. Many staff speak English. There is also a device interpreter for those staff who cannot speak English. Good buffet breakfast. I am a vegetarian and there are choices fit for me. In this particular branch, the hotel manager BLAIRE is very friendly and accommodating, speaks good English. She helped me store my luggages in the hotel for safe-keeping because I flew to Zhejiang Province for factory visits for few days during thevCanton Fair Phase break , and I booked the same hotel branch for the Phase 3 of the Canton Fair. This particular branch is walking distance to the Metro station. I just took the Metro to the Airport for my flight, saves time and cost (only 8 CNY from the hotel). From the hotel, Line 2 Jiangtai Lu station, transfer to Line 3 at Jiahewanggang Station going to Airport Terminal station (reverse this if from the airport).

The hotel is really affordable and offers great value for money. Breakfast was included and had a wide variety of selections to choose from. The location is also very convenient—just a short walk to the metro and close to a shopping mall, making it easy to get around and find everything you need.

One downside was the noise from the laundry room on the 8th floor. The dryer was running at 2 AM, and the sound was quite disruptive, especially if your room is nearby.

It was really beyond our expectations better than what we expected A very affordable hotel to stay when you are in china near from malls and restaurant. Good place, clean room with daily cleaning service. Good helpful staff even with minimum English , use translator devices to communicate. 9th floor good hotel restaurant.

Everything is good except the 1st floor restaurant. It’s bad smelling and all the food and leftovers were transferred from the same lift where the hotel room area was accessible. You better separate the 1st floor and 2nd floor restaurant.

It's a nice place, clean and stuff friendly, not sp close to the markets I wanted, but I learned to use the metro, so it became easier to access the places cost effectively. The breakfast was delicious and a lot, if you're a big eater, that's your place, I don't eat a lot but the little I had I enjoyed. they catered for others as well, so well doneThe stuff also gave me a map to use. This hotel is quite clean and near to metro. But non veg food is near the lift which smell not good for vegetarian person. It's quite good to stay here as all other facilities was nice. Room size is quote good, wash room is clean and size is good.room have electric kettle.
