Everything, customer service was brilliant and with really nice and friendly members of staff. Special mention to Liu, she spent a hole day showing us the highlights of the town. They upgraded our room, it was a very good sized room with nice bed and toilet. Beautiful place, we definitely have to come back, there is so much to see. We loved it!! 100% recommended.

As a foreigner, it's difficult to get WiFi, because it works in the way that it sends you a code or something to your phone number, but we didn't have any Chinese number. So we couldn't get Internet.

I love the room setting, the toilet design is anti-slipping in the bathroom & I really love the help of the kind staffs at lobby 😊 Special thanks to 可君 as she patiently help with my sister for direction, introducing foods nearby and also help with our wifi connections. As we travel as a family of 5 & my parents also require connections for their laptop, 可君 helped us to connect one by one. Upon checking out, she also helps us to check the destination towards the hangzhou railway, as there are a lot of different entrance.

Room was spacious, clean and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. Loved how techy the room was, with a heated toilet bowl and smart TV! We were initially having issues connecting to the wifi, and the staff were super helpful in resolving it for us. It also comes with a self help laundry area, complete with a washer, dryer and ironing board. Location wise, it’s about a 8-10 min walk to the subway station, and has a china mobile (telco) in the area to get a prepaid card.

Our room had no view. Instead there were three big AC pumps on a "balcony" outside our windows. The room was non-smoking but smelled of old smoke when we arrived. The basin was outside the bathroom in the entrance.

The hotel was well located close to West Lake, metro and shopping areas. The breakfast they offered was okay, not many western options though. Staff didn't really speak English but were still patient with us when checking in and very helpful.

The room I stayed in had mosquitos and the AC didn't have a cooling option, when I asked about it I got told it's because it's winter but the room was overly hot and stuffy. They supplied me with a fan though.

Efficient staff, polite, attentive and friendly. Room was clean and have sufficient amenities and free suppplies in the mini fridge everyday. So good. Have enjoyed our stay here. Excellent service :-)

The staff was very kind and the front desk was helpful.

The room was very hot and air conditioning did not work very well.

We really liked the hotel, the rooms were very nice, clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly as well.

Be aware that the staff does not speak English and that some rooms do not have a window.

Breakfast was ok but location need a bit of walking to the train station if have transport to train station will be good

Taxi usually cannot stop right outside the door step
