Location was good and nearby to touristy locations and shopping. Many amenities (food, convenience stores) nearby. Very convenient. Value for money compared to the other hotels in the same area. There is also a daily night market just downstairs, depending on the weather (rain is a no no for them.) Tip for first timers there: (Better have a map as it was a bit confusing for first time visitors) - You better know mandarin too and WeChat downloaded into your mobile phone (for daily housekeeping notification to the front desk)

First Time in my Holiday Travel History: Oh my god, there was this major renovation going on for one of the floors/levels in the apartment building and nobody notified us! (Monday till Friday) There was loud drilling and hacking from 8am till 5.30pm. Didn't need to set the alarm clock. I couldn't even watch TV (had to switch on the volume to very loud.) It was Horrendous and luckily we spent most of our time outdoors! It was a relief the renovation didn't carry on into the weekends. I was on the verge of booking another hotel and shifting. I was abit pissed and felt scammed nobody informed us. (Was pondering why was the stay so cheap compared to the rest of the apartments in the same areas.) - So that explains.

Cozy place, with two king size bed, a small kitchen but no cups/plates or utensils. The beds are a bit hard but comfy. A kettle, microwave, manual washing machine/no dryer and fridge is available. Lots of food stalls nearby, West Lake and large shopping malls within 15minutes walk. There's a night market nightly right in front of the hotel and halal food options nearby too. The reception can arrange for private car tours and lots of taxis outside too.

The property is a steal! We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers) and the room fitted us comfortably. Location was good, the apartment was clean (there's basic housekeeping) and the staff were helpful with our requests. There's also a washing machine we can use (you can request free detergent from the property).

You can leave luggage at their reception, but I would say it's at your own risk. Otherwise there's really nothing I didnt like about the property!

The location of the hotel was amazing! The rooms were quite spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom also had everything we needed. Staff was helpful and nice.

When we arrived, one of the rooms we booked turned out to be a children’s room, which we were not aware of. This room was also not entirely clean, but after asking, someone came to clean it immediately.

Values for money and great location to the west lake and subway.

The male reception staff was helpful during my check-in at midnight but not the female lady when I requested help to call a taxi to pickup my family to the Hangzhou East railway station for the upcoming morning check out as I can't use my phone number for the local taxi service.

Very spacious comfortabe room with a good view. There is a washing machine and a drying rack in my room so it makes managing my laundry better. Good location, near food street.

Controlled curtains sometimes works or unhooks. Automated toilet bowl but no switch.

The only problem we had was language barrier. Other than that it was excellent. The staff was great, the room is spacious n clean, I would say a perfect stay if we could understand everything easily.

Hardly anybody understands English.

The apartment fittings were outdated. And I wasn’t aware of renovation was taking place when we were there.

Its like studio apartment but it is worth my money. And there's room services everday too. There's nightmarket everynight beside this hotel. And if u are muslim, u can find halal food near this hotel. Just 100m or 150m away. Highly recomended

The room is spacious n clean. The front desk personal is very helpful. They even provide a washing machine in the room for us.
