Brand new hotel. Everything was neat, clean and beand new in the room. Excellent fixtures The hotel staff was extremely helpful. As I can't speak Chinese, one of the stafd members came with to a mini mart and restaurant as an interpreter. They provided courtesy drop off to airport. There are many restaurants behind the hotel. Onsite free breakfast was excellent. Really had a nice stay.

1) The warm water was not warm enough for shower.The heater needs adjusting or cleaning. 2) There is still a strong smell of new furniture in the rooms, which is a bit suffocating. The rooms need good ventilation by open windowns.

No doubt the hotel was really nice for an overnight stay before your next flight. The food was good all the amenities and laundry too.

Beware scammers!!!, they charged my credit card twice right after I left, they knew I was going for my flight and would not notice the fraught, luckily my flight was delayed. Isn't my first time so face this kind of problems of double tariffs. I had booked 4 rooms as there were 10 of us traveling including a baby too, I presume the managers took advantage that I would not notice, luckily I've saved their contacts right after the checkout and called their managers regarding this dilemma, 2 days passed by and still they did not refund me 😐

Excellent stay near the airport. We arrive in the middle of the night and the hotel propose free shuttle car from the airport. They sent details in advance but we struggled a bit to find the car when arriving, we missed the first car due to a miscomprehension but they sent the car directly back within 15mn to pick us up. The staff speak good English. The room was very clean and comfy, high hotel standards, we slept very well. The breakfast next morning was amazing as well with a lot of choices. The nightly rate was fair and the standards exceed our expectations, we couldn't expect better. Next time in China, we'll continue to chose to stay in Holiday Inn hotels. Highly recommended!

New hotel and very clean. About 6 km from airport which provides free bus shuttle to and from airport every hour. We reached the airport about 12 pm but failed to contact the hotel for free shuttle because we did not know we only have to use the last 7 digit of hotel number using Chinese SIM card. In the end we took a taxi which is quite cheap, only CNY 26. Nearby hotel, there are hawker stores which operate from 10 pm to 4 pm supper goers. Furthermore it is only about 200 m to MRT station.

It's close to the airport which was exactly what we needed. Communication was excellent especially since we travelled at night and had to leave early.

No airport transfer at odd hours (which is really important for transient passengers like us with small kids. We got quite worried that we won't have an option to go back at very early morning (6AM) to the aiport . Good thing there's a bus but had to be at lobby at exact time.

I stayed here on a long layover through Hangzhou, and it was great! It was convenient to get back and forth from the hotel using the free shuttle service, and the hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable and generously sized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was a really good value as well so I definitely recommend this place to travelers who need to stay near the airport!

Compared to some other HI express venues, this one was on a good scale. Breakfast is rather basic and not very tasty but sufficient as a morning food source. Airport shuttle.

Smoke smell can be encountered anywhere, anytime. Close to the airport but it is still a long way compared to the expectation based on the distance.

The location is perfect for transfer/transit travelers! The rooms are very clean and modern. Free pick up and send off to the airport! Also a tasty bonus: many street food sellers at night in front of the hotel.

Breakfast options are kind of limited, but still it was very tasty and I'm not complaining

Due to green environment policy, the aircon only operates for air circulation which is too hot. We are sweating in the room
