The room was very big, clean and well furnished. The shower was huge. The staff was very nice and I loved being able to rest before going out to explore the city and it was also very convenient for its position, irght inside the airport in order to not rush in the night for my flight to Italy. If you have a stopover I suggest you to stay here since you won't hear any noise, it is pretty cheap and being inside the airport you can also have food and drinks in every single shop, beside walking to the check-in counters right before they open.

Excellent hotel just steps away from terminal 4 so very convenient. All staff were very friendly and breakfast was delicious! The room was clean and the whole building was very quiet.

The in room dining ordering system needs some work. I was feeling a bit lazy and thought I would order up to my room instead of going down. The in room dining order system requires a local phone number. Being an international traveller I don't have a local number. I tried all sorts to by pass this, including the hotel's own number, with no luck. Ended up going down to the restaurant after all.

Due to different departure times, we booked a room with sofa bed for 3. The sofa bed is being made as we check-in. Due to some difficult moment in our previous stay in the hotel, we were offered free breakfast. The room is generally spacious for 3 of us and is clean. The toilet is provided with full amenities for the 3 of us. Breakfast is good.

The AC does not seem to work and temperature is a little bit high for our comfort. The shower floor is a bit slippery, luckily provided with anti-slip mat.

The hotel location is ideal for those needing late night or early morning travel to the airport. The room is genrally clean and surprising spacious with toilet filled with full amenities.

There is some miscommunication during check in when the staff informed my booking comes with free breafast which I obviously did not include in the booking, has to pay extra after the next day when go for breakfast. The room door always vibrate when there is door opening and closing in other rooms along the corridor.

One front desk staff was very helpful in helping us to figure of best route to certain destinations. Another staff was so kind to use her wechat account to get me a powerbank for phone charging. Location was 10/10 for transit passengers. Room & overall facilities were clean & satisfactory.

Buffet dinner food selection was limited.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and had a very good understanding in English. They are very helpful when you enquire places to go and how to get there, etc… Especially Frontdesk Staff Yuki, went an extra mile for searching for a place for me to shop and guiding me how to go by showing me the train station to alight and such on the phone.

Just at the exist of T4. Flight touch down at 11 pm, time after taking luggage is already 12 midnight. Luckily I chose Hayatt, very good location. Although next to airport, no noise at all. Second day, we go to XiTang. There are many types of public transportation can take to lots of tourist spots around Hangzhou and service is friendly, clear and complete.

Awesome location near the airport. Walkable from Terminal 4 exit. The rooms are big and clean. The staff are quite kind but they speak limited English so keep the translator ready if u wanna ask anything beyond check-in. The breakfast is a good selection with Chinese and Western options.

The city feels bit foggy(polluted!?) in the morning.. better to have a mask while staying here. The throat gets sore even for a night!

Perfect location inside the airport. From international departure exit, go straight a bit to pass the gate, then turn right, and it's just there! The rooms provided all you need. If I fly with the late flight, definitely choose here again.

The front lady who checked in for me was not fluent in English, so it was quite difficult to communicate.

the hotel is inside the airport itself, just outside the arrival gate. super convenient to stay here if your flight lands late at night at Hangzhou airport, and you dont want to venture out in the middle of the night or want to catch some rest before travelling further by road or train to your destination.
