The hotel is quite new, facility is excellent, service is the top quality, breakfast is so tasty. The swimming pool is good, sauna and steam room is fantastic. Gym is pretty nice too.

The only thing we don’t like is the location. It’s not close to other interesting places, during winter months, taxi is the only solution to get us sound the town. However, there are no taxi waiting outside of hotel, we had to walk out of the hotel, cross road and wait for our luck to grab one. Alternatively we can use app to book a taxi, but when we don’t have local phone SIM card, it’s another mission impossible.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Guest room is spacious. Location is convenient. Good value!

We tried seafood buffet in the hotel but the food standard is disappointing. However the Chinese restaurant gave us an exceptional surprise. Unexpected to have such good Chinese dim sum in Harbin!

Everything. Most of all the service was warm, attentive and giving. Especially Rohit the guest Experience Manager. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and he made sure and this was an unforgettable experience. From upgrading our room to one with an amazing panoramic view over the frozen river. To let us check in early after our early flight arrival and check out late. Also great were Amy and the Hunter who took great care of us. And basically everyone else was so nice. Besides this breakfast and dinner buffet had a huge variety and very high quality.

The service has been impeccable. From the reception to our spa treatments and dining experience to the bellhop & room cleaning service - everything has been top-notch! It has been one of the best hotel stays we've ever had in all our many years of travelling abroad. Kudos to the team and the management The view from my room was superb as I could see the entire panoramic view of the Songhua river and the extent of Harbin city including the Ice & Snow World - simply magical & awesome 👍

Not so accessible to the downtown tourist attractions like central street but if you enjoy a nice walk by the river like me then it's not a big matter...the hotel is very helpful in getting transport for you too

We had the buffet breakfast with your hotel. The quality of food was not up to standards . I couldn't remember which day it was, but the sticky bud from the counter was spoiled. ( tasted off.) A few times , the staff just took away the food which I did not finish. I had my son with me so I had to get himn back to the seat durng the meal .(He was running around ) . I have left quite a lot food in the plate and one whole cup of hot coffee on the table , and they just cleared all . I did not take more than 5 mins to come back to my table . It was wasted and disappointed .

The staff were excellent - very helpful, attentive to our needs, lots of TLC's during the our stay. Friendly, they all genuinely looked pleased to see you. Room was roomy light and airy. Beds comfortable and warm. Breakfast had a wide range food western and Chinese. Also it seemed to have a quiet area for eating breakfast. The views from the windows were great. Facilities what you would expect from a Ritz-Carlton hotel. Very clean hotel. It was a perfect hotel experience.

Not sure really. We had a great time and will come back. Very minor point was getting in and out of the bath. It was a wide bath side, and for my wife - she found it difficult to step in and out, it was not a problem for me.

The layout and facilities room and bathroom. Japanese style toilet with smart functions. Nice view from 44 floor, as well as from restaurant 54 floor.

Hotel reception, floor 54, rooms on floor underneath. To enter/exit hotel, first you need to go up to 54, change elevator to rooms/ground floor, which makes sense, out of security, but is not handy. There is only 1 restaurant, for light eaters buffet is quite expensive, on the other hand all drinks, also champagne, are included.

The room was spotlessly clean, the bed very comfortable and the view panoramic. The staff were excellent.

Unfortunately we had two separate issues with the food, where the plates should never have left the kitchen, which is not what we expect from the Ritz, and it let down the rest of the team. However, our complaints were escalated to senior management and dealt with professionally and with sincere apologies.

Excellent breakfast and dinner (Thursday to Monday dinner main dining area), both are buffet style. Excellent service, always attentive to guests needs. We had to depart the hotel at 5.00am for an airport connection, and were given a takeaway breakfast, both hot and cold option in the package...excellent.

Amazing hotel, great view, and location.

Staff struggle with English, which is weird for a Ritz Carlton. Poor concierge, their support for infirmation on outside activities was very poor. They need training. We almost missed our taxi to the airport because the concierge was sleeping and someone else took our taxi booked a day before.
