he receptions desk are superb. Nice Coffee that kept me alive. The room are nice, 1 bed and 1 sofa bed. Very well set up kitchen, bathroom. Great TV channels and a nice balcony with lovely views. Special thanks to the welcoming desk receptions (Lady) who serve us super well at 4am, i am sorry that i dun remember her name. Thank you also to Abble, Travis and Kikky too who also serve us super well during the 5 days. There is a mini mart 2 minutes walking.

Please indicate the back entrance location, because the front door is an exit and no vehicles can enter. Because car can't enter from the front entrance and if you are having lots of luggage and with a wheelchair, with drivers who are not very nice, you will be drop at the roadside :) Here should be the correct drop point. A very attentive staff, especially the lady manager who went above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. Our room was very clean with a large, comfortable bed, controllable heat/air conditioner, and daily housekeeping. Shower is powerful and hot, and the toilet had a warm bidet. The breakfast buffet has good selection both Western and Chinese, cereal and fruit, porridge and rice, and with any order type of eggs on demand. They tried to vary the menu on a daily and weekly basis. There is a beautiful park along the canal next door, which we had a spectacular view of from our 20th floor windows, and with the twin needle towers (188) and the "trouser pants" towers of Suzhou Centre in the background. The elevators are extremely efficient. 24 hour attendants at the desk.

Our shower/toilet in a separate room was cold with a continuous draft from outside. The shower leaked water out the bathtub despite the curtains.

The room was really big and comfortable, perfect for a longer stay. Towels and water were refreshed everyday which was an extra plus. The breakfast had great variety and fresh local dishes were made by the lovely ayi every morning. The location was also great in the centre of SIP.

The gym facilities could have been a bit better

The location is very convenient: nice district, 10 minutes of walk from metro station and mall with foodcort, grocery nearby. The apartments were very clean, and cleaning was daily. The facilities were good: hairdryer, ironing board and iron, kettle, tableware, and cutlery. Also, we liked that there was a separate bathroom and toilet. We liked that the apartments were very spacious. And it was nice to have free bottles of water and tea bags in the apartments when you come back from long touristic day.

It would be nice to have a place for drying clothes.

We spent here one week. Good breakfast with some chinese and some west food and fruts and with cofee made from machine coffee. Quiet hotel in night. Beds very comfortable. Clean room and cleaned up each day. Reception room staff knows English (!!) and was helpfull even to print some pages, and to order a taxi for us in Chineese.

Breakfast was good, i am vegetarian so did not found much option. over all rating is good including location, staff, cleanliness and ease to locate the hotel

there is nothing that i dont like, but yes improvement can be done if staff understands English well.

We stayed there for 15+ days and its third time we are booking the same hotel and were impressed by its exceptional customer service and clean and spacious rooms , breakfast cuisine and moreover have the cooking options in the room itself.

Staff was great. Super helpful. Facilities are solid. On-site laundry, etc. Very clean.

Dated. Clean but bathrooms are in desperate need of update. Hard to find it you don't already know where it is. Compound guards are useless.

Great location and friendly staff, room was well equipped and had everything I needed for a two week stay in Suzhou. Free coffee in reception all day is a bonus, and the coffee is good.
