The hall offer cucumber lemon water and coffee for free, and free water can also be found in the gym and the laundry room. They have professional wash machine and dry machine, I loved it, a little expensive to use 3€ each, but it's worth, especially when one is on trip being able to do laundry is great place. I don't feel it as an hotel, but more like a long stay accomodations, I strongly recommend it for anyone that have to stay for long time this is an amazing accomodations, they are basically renting apartment with bedroom, kitchen and a living room with all the appliances and travelers welcome kit, plus they provide 2 bottle of water every day. They are amazing. I don't advise getting the breakfast included in the room price, because there are many option near the hotel that offer very tasty dishes for cheap prices But I didn't know that I so I got breakfast with my room, I can say they are very good cook everything was tasty and pleasant, with good variety of salty and sweet choice 👍🏼 The view from my room was nice, and the distance to nearby attraction was okay. Staff is really friendly and helpful and professional. PS: they also got automated Toilet 🚽 seat, with warm and bidet function, it's was strange at beginning, but very cool addition.

The picture are always much better than reality, the hotel was fine, and I am satisfied with my room, but from the booking picture the expectations were much higher.

Please indicate the back entrance location, because the front door is an exit and no vehicles can enter. Because car can't enter from the front entrance and if you are having lots of luggage and with a wheelchair, with drivers who are not very nice, you will be drop at the roadside :) Here should be the correct drop point. A very attentive staff, especially the lady manager who went above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. Our room was very clean with a large, comfortable bed, controllable heat/air conditioner, and daily housekeeping. Shower is powerful and hot, and the toilet had a warm bidet. The breakfast buffet has good selection both Western and Chinese, cereal and fruit, porridge and rice, and with any order type of eggs on demand. They tried to vary the menu on a daily and weekly basis. There is a beautiful park along the canal next door, which we had a spectacular view of from our 20th floor windows, and with the twin needle towers (188) and the "trouser pants" towers of Suzhou Centre in the background. The elevators are extremely efficient. 24 hour attendants at the desk.

Our shower/toilet in a separate room was cold with a continuous draft from outside. The shower leaked water out the bathtub despite the curtains.

Great location, close to two subway lines and many restaurants and shops at nearby Shihuifang. Very comfortable interior, basically a modern apartment, clean and cozy with a kitchen, living room, bathtub and bedroom. Great staff with good communication skills. Gym, though very basic, was a nice touch. Appreciated on-site laundry room.

Staff couldn´t be more kind and helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, as well as the bed. Good bathroom, separated from the toilet. Great view to the Dongfang zhi men. Good breakfast with Chinese and Western options. It´s beside to a park, just a few minutes away from a very good market.

I was very satisfied, the property is even better than I expected.

The room was really big and comfortable, perfect for a longer stay. Towels and water were refreshed everyday which was an extra plus. The breakfast had great variety and fresh local dishes were made by the lovely ayi every morning. The location was also great in the centre of SIP.

The gym facilities could have been a bit better

The breakfast was very good and varied. There was nothing that I wanted that was not available.

There could have been a washing machine. Given it was an aparthotel, I would have expected to do my own laundry instead of using the laundry service.

The location is very convenient: nice district, 10 minutes of walk from metro station and mall with foodcort, grocery nearby. The apartments were very clean, and cleaning was daily. The facilities were good: hairdryer, ironing board and iron, kettle, tableware, and cutlery. Also, we liked that there was a separate bathroom and toilet. We liked that the apartments were very spacious. And it was nice to have free bottles of water and tea bags in the apartments when you come back from long touristic day.

It would be nice to have a place for drying clothes.

Location and the surrounding view , main thing is this hotel is surrounded by greenery and parks so it feels good to live here.
