Very stylish hotel which is run well by the manager. The staff are polite and helpful. Everything is immaculate and overall there is great attention to detail. We loved the fresh flowers in the entrance hall. The fruit in the room was a nice touch too. Great buffet breakfast and really convenient for the subway.

We didn’t realise that one of the switches turns off all the lights and the air conditioning. It acts as a kill switch. This can be a little confusing in the middle of the night. Perhaps some instruction would be useful for future guests

The staffs. The service was was excellent, especially the front desk staffs. This guy called 苗国通was the best ever. He did all out to help us, even walk me out to show me direction of bus stop etc. He is no 1.

The lady at reception who spoke English was simply amazing . Never have I met a person so suited to her profession in hospitality. She was so warm , professional and went above and beyond in helping us navigate our first trip to China . She is a credit to this hotel . I’m only sorry I can’t remember her name , but she is the one who speaks perfect English. She even accompanied us to the train station when we could not book the tickets at the hotels reception ! Amazing service !!

We loved everything . The family room was exceptional . Wonderful shower and toiletries . Everything you could need was provided .

Staff were super warm and welcoming. Location was fantastic. Just a couple of min walk to the metro and 2 station away from kunming station. Street beside is filled with street foods.

Facility is abit old. Water pressure is uneven when come to showering. Bed is hard to our liking. Could be something common in China but the guest beside us at the lobby when check in is smoking despite the no smoking sign and the hotel staff did not stop him either

This hotel location is very convenient, just next to Tangzixiang subway station. Take Line 6 from the airport. Breakfast is good and the staff are helpful. Exceptionally helpful are the front counter staff who help us to receive our purchases from Toaboa and upgraded my room. Thank you very much.

The location was excellent, and while the rooms were a bit outdated, the service truly made up for it. I accidentally lost something during my stay, and the staff went above and beyond to find it for me, which left me deeply impressed. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. Overall, a wonderful experience!

- Good location. Hotel is close to Tangzixiang station (3 mins walk). Very convenient to go to Kunming Railway Station, Kunming Old Street and Airport by using subway. - Very helpful and supportive staff. They helped us carry our luggages. - Clean and spacious room.

Front desk staffs are so helpful. Thanks Ms Chen (陈）who walked the extra miles to assist us for our transportation the next morning with really short notice. Breakfast also really nice.

Hotel staff here are very professional and supportive. We also got the room upgrade. Highly recommend for Kunming stay in city centre. Keep on good work, cheers
