Everything except for the reception. They were so naive and lack courtesy.

The reception (Male & Female) were lost despite me showing the hotel reservation. They keep asking whether I have a booking and after 20 minutes waiting, they show me a different rate than what was confirmed. Simply amazing personnel, just wonder how they were chosen to be in front office. Not a single word of English despite using translation to Mandarin.

The front desk staff were beyond helpful and kind! And were always at service. We wanted some packages to be delivered and they were very attentive with it and delivered on time. Everything was spot on clean. They changed towels and bed covers everyday, even without us needing to tell them. Hats off to the minor staff for that! We had breakfast last day, it was top notch! A big layout that i couldn't even end up eating because I was too full😂😂. I stayed here for 9 nights!! The room was beautiful and VERY spacious. The outside surrounding was good too. MANY restaurants, luckin coffee shop and 7/11 walking distance. Street food to restaurant food Everything. There is a pharmacy neighbouring the hotel too. There is also a convenience store on the hotel premises. Will definitely come again. Thank you so much for having us

NOTHING! EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT 👌🏼

We were in one of the zen rooms and it was massive with big windows and bed, a desk to work at and a tea table. 15 min walk to metro, restaurants, supermarket and convenience stores within 3 minute walk. Staff were very friendly, Communication via a translate app. One day we accidentally left “do not disturb on our door and when we got back room service had still left water bottle refills outside our door. Decent gym, free washer dryer.

The 4 elevators are shared by multiple hotels and appartments with this hotel only on floor 20 and upwards so wait times can longer than usual. Sound proofing could be slightly better, as we could hear people in room next to us talking and laughing but, it wasn’t too bad.

We needed a place to stay for a single night before taking the train from Kunming station the next morning — it was pretty easy to get to via Didi and had a lot of food/restaurants/supermarkets etc. just right downstairs. Check-in was smooth, the room we booked was huge, clean (and no cigarette smoke smell coming from the ventilation!!) and the view was amazing. Very near to Kunming station as well.

There are too little lifts; the building services more than just 1 hotel and only 2 lifts were provided for guests, so when we went out early in the morning at 8am we waited about 20 minutes for an emptier lift we could squeeze into, then all the way to the first floor because it stopped at almost every other floor.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable.The layout of the room was also a standout feature. The design was thoughtful, with the toilet and sink being separate, which I found particularly convenient. This setup would be ideal for groups or couples sharing the space, as it allows two people to use the bathroom area at the same time without getting in each other's way. The bed was cozy, and the amenities provided were of good quality. I had no issues with noise, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful, which made for a restful stay.

The reception could have been more helpful with giving advice and recommendations for places of interests

we booking 2 standard double room , when check in , the receptionist say upgrade to us to slightly bigger room, we are so lucky , the staff is very helpful , the room and bathroom very clean and beautiful , the room space is huge , the room come with projector TV, the hotel facilities is amazing , after working hour if u need mineral water or towel , there have ROBOT delivery to your room, the location neat KUNMING train station , walking about 10min-15min can reach this hotel, at lobby area also have tour agency company , if u need day trip or more day , u can get there , the price is reasonable,

this hotel dont have drop off point , if raining u want to get in car abit difficult , will get wet sometime, but for me still is small problem.

The location is excellent for those who need to go to Dali or Lijiang by train as Kunming Railway Station is just 10 minutes away

Breakfast is not satisfactory and public toilets are not well maintained. No fridge in the room

The room was really spacious and clean. The location was also great. Lots of eateries just downstairs. There is also a supermarket and 7-11 nearby. Also a travel agent downstairs to help with tours and other arrangements.

The lifts are shared amongst many hotels in the same building. So can be a little jam when everyone is checking in or out etc. Other than that, all is good.

Very big and comfortable room enough for 4 people. Clean and slip-free toilet and strong shower pressure. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel at convenient location with many restaurants just downstairs. Also very near the main train station which was convenient for us.

Hotel rooms were located on the upper floors of the building even though check-in counter was on first floor. The 4 lifts were very old and scary to take, also very slow to go up since my room was on 23rd floor.

Spacious rooms, good water pressure, consistent water temperature, non-slip bathroom flooring and fast drainage of shower water Comfortable beds and pillows, good heating Reception was very helpful - they allow taobao parcel to be delivered to reception desk, they offered to deliver our food from meituan app to our hotel room and when we accidentally placed a food delivery order for a wrong address, they assisted to help with the refund process on the app. Kudos to the hotel reception staff for being so helpful!

Property is at floor 21 and above. There are 4 lifts but only 2 are non-smoking lifts. Would be good if all 4 lifts are non-smoking.
