The hotel is fantastic! You could easily spend your whole stay inside, as everything you need is available on-site. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is delicious, offering both Western and Chinese dishes. There is also a laundry room where guests can wash and iron their clothes by themselves free of charge. The swimming pool is clean, beautiful, and never crowded, with free equipment available as well as items for rent. There’s also a bar by the pool. On some evenings, the hotel hosts gorgeous dinners with a wide variety of seafood — we wanted to go every night, although it was a bit pricey. There are plenty of facilities for children, including two swimming pools (one with waterfalls) and a children's playroom. A small shopping mall is located on the first floors, with a range of restaurants, including some familiar Western brands like Pizza Hut, KFC, and Starbucks — which is quite rare for this area. The staff were all very friendly and quick to respond. I would especially like to mention Zoe and Freya at the reception, who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised that the hotel occasionally delivered fresh fruit to our room, which was a lovely touch. Compared to European standards, the prices are very reasonable. We stayed in a sea-view room, and the view was truly amazing.

- The hairdryer was a bit too hot and didn’t have a concentrator nozzle for more comfortable use. - Also, the Wi-Fi worked well for Chinese websites, but had trouble loading international sites (they just didn't work at all) — though we understand this is not the hotel's fault.

The staff were amazing especially the people who serve the food and the manager. They were attentive, caring and really welcoming - outstanding service and great breakfast.

If there was something I would like to change is their chaotic swimming pool - there is great space for children however the lane swimming was rather a challenge. Big water floats crossing over the two lanes and I think even if you moved the lanes a little bit over you could make that adult only and also the area where the nice beds are.

Room is large and very comfortable with far view of the sea. Able to see sunrise. Breakfast is excellent. Seek assistance for our luggage and urgent laundry. Staff attended to our requests immediately. Front desk staff are helpful and friendly, ready to provide us the travel info around. Staff greet guests as they move around the hotel. Even the room cleaning staff serve with pride. Location is good convenient to travel to various places of attraction plus eateries within walking distance. It has a library which is cosy and consists the books of my choice, best one in a hotel I have seen.

I recently stayed at the Ramada Plaza Sanya Bay hotel with my family and had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. The location is great, with plenty of local restaurants nearby to explore. For those who prefer familiar tastes, there are also KFC and Pizza Hut options available. The beach is conveniently located just 500 meters away, making it easy to enjoy some sun and sand. Our kids loved the pool, which was a perfect spot for them to play and have fun. Additionally, the rooms were cleaned on a daily basis, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend it for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation spot.

One area for improvement would be the English proficiency of the service staff, which could be increased to better assist international guests.

It was an amazing experience. We liked attitude and service staff and dedication of whole hotel personnel. Sanya and Ramada are definitely the places we will return to.

We were struggling with food because we were not adopted to spicy food. But we were ready for this, taking into account that we were visiting China

I would like to give special thank you to the manager at breakfast. Unfortunately, I did not ask his name. I remember that he was going to leave to Jiangsu to his family to celebrate his daughter’s birthday, that is November 11. He is such a considerate, friendly and warm person and employee. Thanks a lot for his kindness and appreciation.

I liked breakfast, the view, help and involvement of the staff, clean room, self laundry. I liked the beach, there are no crowds of tourists and I liked the walking health path, very pleasant to walk at any time of the day

The territory was being reconstructed and this noise was a bit annoying.

Fantastic breakfast, large comfy room, great pool area, not too crowded

Being from UK, would have liked someone who could have helped us organise day trips. Pool bar was very restrictive for snacks and could have done with a better variety of alcohol drinks

We are very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The price/quality is 10/10. We were pleased with the good cleaning of the room. We would like to thank the attentive receptionist Risan for helping us order a taxi. The hotel also has a Russian-speaking guide Misha, who helps organize excursions, transfers, treatment, etc.
