We stayed in a regency suite and had a wonderful experience. Service was fantastic from check in to check out. Breakfast was included and the range of Chinese and western dishes was extensive and items were fresh. Our suite facilities were modern and everything was clean. The location was perfect for our needs as I have family in Hongkou. Wujiaochang allows access to multiple shopping centres so restaurants and other amenities are all conveniently close by.

The great location. The comfort room. The very helpful staff. The wonderful stores/eateries/cafes/restaurants in the same building and nearby with walking distance. The Subway Line 10 station and many buses nearby.

Shopping Mall downstairs opens at 10am instead of earlier like 9am. Hotel breakfast was not satisfying for me last time I stayed so did not try this time.

The staff are helpful. The rooms are clean and the location is very convenient as it links to a big mall full of restaurants. The shower facilities are satisfying. I do like their shampoo and shower gel they choose. It is a hotel with a taste.

I paid with a different card from the card I reserved. However, The staff couldn't cancel the pre-authorization completely of my previous reserved credit card. Hence he had to charge CNY 1 yuan which actually cost me CNY 15 foreign currency charge. I hope they could just cancel the reserved card completely which is a normal action to most of hotels I lived in. Another thing is the traffic jam is pretty bad when entering the hotel by car. It is not their fault. But that was a pain everytime we commute.

Staff are very helpful. Our room is very bright and has a wonderful view of the city. Room is very quiet, clean and has everything you'd expect to have in a nice hotel. Hotel building connects to a nice shopping mall which is very convenient. The best thing is the mall has an indoor food street which provided various wonderful Chinese food.

The breakfast offers many food options, both Chinese and western; but quality was a little bit of disappointing to us. The hotel check-in lobby is on the 6th floor of the building, and guests have to change to elevators on the 6th floor to go up to rooms or go down to street level.

Our stay was really enjoyable, the room was spacious with good view. buffet breakfast had so many options and it is located within the shopping centre, very convenient for shopping and dining. We will be coming back next time we are in Shanghai!

Excellent premises, friendly staff, big potential

Very very bad English skills, need to use more than one elevators to reach the rooms. Limited availability of restaurants. No ATM. Breakfast pretty ok, but Western food has a weird taste, not even normal ham or cheese cutter for bread.

Breakfast was great with selections ranges from eastern and western food. The coffee was ok but on the bland side. Location of this hotel is great. Very close to the subway.

A/c leaked water but the fix was quick In the next day. But there was water accumulated on the floor and could be dangerous for older ppl.

Good service

No lounges at the reception. Only a couple of high chair in the corner of force people to go in to buy coffee or drinks. This is terrible for a so called 5 staff hotel as people inevitably have to wait to check in or wait for guests coming down to meet

Great location and has direct access to Hopson Mall. walking distance to the metro, restaurants, and shops. The service was great and the staff tried their best to accommodate our requests. The room was spacious and has nice views.

No resting/seating area in the lobby.

location is very good, easy access to subway. Right next to shopping malls, a lot of good options for food.

Room A/C broke once, there was water accumulating on the ground. Though the fix was done the next day in a timely manner. It could be dangerous at night as one might slip and fall.
