Great hotel for families. We used the complimentary shuttle to disney and airport. We also did our laundry in the laundry room, which comes with soap and dryer. (Tip: do this during mid-day when ur child gets a nap, cus both machines will get occupied in the evenings). Gym is located next to laundry room and kids playground, which I thought was a thoughtful design. There’s also a kids activity just outside breakfast, which my child really enjoyed — all thanks to the kind and gentle lady who was so patient with the kids.

Shuttle to city was just once a day, would be better if frequency is increased due to limited activities in the hotel vicinity. Wish that staff knew better about attractions nearby — eg website states that there’s an ecological park, staff told us park would be opened till 8pm. We got there at 6pm by taxi but it was already closed. There’s also a luxury outlet mall (expensive) nearby but staff did not seem to know when we asked. We did find it eventually. There are restaurants at that mall if you want something different from the hotel’s offering. Hotel appears relatively new but not very well-maintained with visible signs of wear and tear. Hopefully it remains a gem in years to come.

I like that the hotel provides shuttle bus to a lot of important places such as Shanghai Pudong Airport, Hongqiao Airport, Disneyland and other landmark like the Bund. But the hours are quite limited. Especially the one to The Bund. Maybe you should add more travel hours until 22 pm for The Bund so guest can still enjoy the night view there.

I think it's more like the location of the hotel. It's far from city center and at night, there is nothing much to explore around the area. Maybe the hotel can provide more international TV channels so guest can at least have some entertainment if they have to be stuck in the hotel.

the shuttle from the airport to the hotel ,,, he didn’t wait for us even 2 minutes,,, we came from guangzhou airport arrived terminal 1 and the shuttle waiting at terminal 2 which i have to take subway and then walk almost 300 meters with luggage and family plus first time in china , after i call the concierge they told me i have to wait almost two hours for the next shuttle, i decided to take 2 taxis to translate me with my family to the hotel ,, if i know that i would take the taxi from terminal one much better ,,i recommend the hotel to provide a shuttle from terminal 1 or cancel the shuttle because it doesn’t worth at all .

We arrived in Shanghai and came straight to this hotel as we were spending two days at Disney. We were in two rooms. Our children/teens stayed in one room, which had a large double and a single my husband and I had a double have the biggest bed I’ve ever seen. The hotel was beautiful and our rooms were perfect Hotel run a shuttle service to and from Disney every day, which was so easy. We ate in the hotel on the first night and we had breakfast there for two of the days. But in all fairness, we prefer just to get to the park to go to Starbucks. I’d like to say a special thank you to Oliver (concierge) who helped us book our taxis when we needed them On the last day we got a taxi really early in the morning to Shanghai Nanjing Road which took about an hour and 15 minutes. Overall, this was a perfect hotel if you are arriving from Pudong airport and spending some time at Disney the staff were also helpful in any questions that we might have had about getting around

It was a great hotel.

The hotel is modern, clean and very well maintained. The room was big and it was decorated with panda motives (which was a surprise). We found the bathroom a bit too exposing at the beggining but it turned out to be very convenient to get ready in the mornings. The breakfast was great, with a lot of options to choose from and everything tasted very good. The staff was very friendly and the free shuttle bus to Shanghai Disneyland was very convenient and punctual (but full of humidity). We took a Didi to get to the hotel from the center of Shanghai because it was the easiest option.

I was very satisfied with my 2 night stay at Courtyard Shanghai International Tourism and Resorts. The staff were helpful and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout my visit. The atmosphere of the hotel was clean, relaxing, and comfortable — perfect for unwinding after a long day. One of the great conveniences was the complimentary shuttle service to both the airport and Disneyland, which made traveling around much easier. The breakfast was also a highlight, offering a great variety of delicious options to start the day right. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle free experience in Shanghai.

shuttle bus service not only to Disneyland and Airport, also go to the bund. Shuttle bus to and from Disneyland stop Infront of hotel lobby. it take only 7 mins to arrive Disneyland and every 30minit have a trip, and it start early 530am. staffs are helpful and polite. Room is spacious for 1 family 5 member to stay Hotel is kids friendly, there have playroom while we are waiting the shuttle bus to airport, There are tv zone in restaurant, so as parent we can enjoy our breakfast.

Hotel room is bit old but is clean, room is dark, sunlight and light is not enough. I have a family room but only 1 window, so I think it cause the room is not bright enough and ventilation not good (no odd smell as there are fragrant in the room)

Great alternative to Disney hotels at a fraction of the price. Rooms were clean. Lovely add on with the teddies in room. Daughter loved that! Shuttle bus to Disney was great and easy to book.

Family room for 3 people only had 2 beds. Daughters shared so wasn't an issue , however they weren't double beds so could have been an issue for a family of 4! Would elbe nice to have better timings for shuttle bus. There was over an hour between bus coming back. Given how close it is to thw Park you would have thought there would be more running - that said- the fact there was a shuttle bus was great.

Close to Disneyland, free shuttle bus from/to Disneyland and airport, children's indoor playground, big TV in restaurant for children to enjoy movies, comfortable bed and hotel room. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices.

The lighting in the bathroom and cloak room was way too dim, which was hardly able to use the mirror for make-up etc. The cloak room/wardrobe where you can put your luggage was very dim too which meant we could not pack/unpack our stuffs there, and had to pull our luggage out to the bedroom where there was sufficient lighting.

Very modern structure, giant hall and what we liked the most a giant room for us. Bed was wide beyond imagination. Big shower. Shuttle service to the city centre and the airport are a good plus. Good value for money.

We could not profit shuttle service at arrival, because the service ended before landing time. Since the service is so useful, it would be a goot thing to extend the timetable. Lighting in the bathroom from atop casts shadow on the face and it is unconvenient when you shave. I found the bedside table far from the bed (and too heavy to move).
