Oh wow, what didn't I like??? This was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff goes above and beyond at every oppurtunity, treating everyone like royalty. The rooms were immaculate. The in-room dining was DELICIOUS, the BEST I've had at any hotel and I have *LIVED* in 8 countries.The building decor is stunning. If you need anything, someone is there 24/7 with an eager spirit to help!

Only onnnnee complaint was the temperature in the room which is a China thing, not specific to this hotel, the room was warm because of mandated control systems but guess what, they brought me a portable cooler!!! Awesome!

We had a wonderful stay in the hotel. The room is clean and nice and the staff are helpful and friendly. It was a short 8 mins walk to food and Caohejing in City, a swanky mall where u can get your shopping done. The 12 mins walk to the subway station is also a pleasant one. The hotel is just next to Tencent.

The breakfast is gorgeous. The twin room has wide beds, I loved it. It's very near to Hongqiao which is convenient, but not far either from the zoo and the French concession. We asked for a packed breakfast and we got it.

We had a dinner at the Western restaurant inside and it took very very long time to be prepared. We couldn't eat together for that.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, restaurants and shops are about 10 minutes away and taxis are easy to find.

The only problem is the air conditioning; the maximum cooling temperature is 23 °C. I asked the hotel to decrease the temperature to 19 degrees C, but it cannot be achieved and air conditioning controller is ineffective. Therefore, I did not enjoy sleeping well for two nights. Overall, it was a great experience.

Everything the food, tge staff, front desk, housekeeping everybody did great job. They found money in my pocket during laundry and it was returned immediately. High standards from all aspects. Close by tge train station whihc can take you anywhere in Shanghai.

The breakfast was pretty good, so many choices from the buffet, you can get any type of breakfast you can imagine, from western to Chinese breakfast styles. The room had a mini bar with snacks. We also enjoyed the dinner buffet which had several options, only the pizzas and rice contained meat so I would add more halal or vegetarian options. In general very good and fancy.

The room was big enough with bathtub, the only thing was that the AC temperature was not that warm and we couldn't make it higher, its a centralized type of AC and was a bit cold. We did use the the bathrobes to keep us warm.

A lovely hotel close to a location we needed to visit. Rooms were nice, all facilities very clean but the stand out were the staff. Not only were they very visible and polite but spoke very good English for what is not central Shanghai and were extremely helpful.

Pillows were too soft but that is personal taste.

We had breakfast and dinner included in our booking. Especially the dinner was great value for money, and we would like to thank the dinner staff for their fantastic service! Considering also the pool, the hotel is ideal for a staycation

The jacuzzi was under maintenance. Will it be repaired soon? Then we would like to come back!

All the staff was excellent. Breakfast had a good variety and quality. I enjoyed the stay a lot. I stayed in 2029 room number. It was a corner room having a large window with a lovely view outside. 👌👏👌👍

The staff were all helpful and kind.

The deposit amount was not the same for me and my friends. They charged me 8000 cny as a security deposit, and some of my friends got charged 2500 cny. Im not sure how they came up with these figures.
