The bed was very comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights and had good night sleep every night. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower was so good.

The washing machine was helpful but the dryer function could be better because the clothes couldn’t dry properly after washing. We had to lay them around the room to air dry.

Even thou our room was not ready, the front desk were able to helped us checked in.

The chaotic front desk area, I think behind desk should maintain a clean out of sigh vision for the guest at least. As we approached front desk for check in, the area was messy, lots of bags and luggage surrounding the area, paperwork and plastic bags behind the desk. Hopefully the front desk manager could organize a bit more, at least dont let the guest aware of

The front desk was very helpful to let us check in early. The breakfast was good.

We did not like the way they emailed us after we checked out. They charged us for missing bathrobes which was actually taken away by their cleaning lady day before we checked out. Eventually they did not charge us once we emailed and explained them.

Better than all the 5 star hotels we have stayed in China. Lily at reception was extremely helpful and spoke great English, which made us feel very comfortable staying there. The rooms were very clean and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Would recommend this apartments over staying at other hotels as it is so spacious. It’s also connected to a mall which was great as it has been raining all week. Great restaurants all around. 10/10.

The rooms were homely and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and thoughtful.

1. Breakfast selection was limited, wished they was more variety of western choices. Food was also oily. 2. The beds were a bit too hard

Breakfast varieties were good enough with comfy seating, property in a very good location, Raffles City Mall is just downstairs to enjoy our shopping time, MRT station is just few steps away, easily to approach other areas in the city. Staffs were very friendly & helpful especially miss Nancy Li who helped us a lot during the check-in time and afterwards. We made a good choice.

just one hair dryer was provided in a 2 BR apartment and no ironing tools were found inside the rooms, suppose this is a must in a service apartment, have to improve.

When I arrived at 4 pm room was not ready. They wanted me to wait 30 min for the room . I protested and got an upgrade Breakfast is ok but without fantasy

It was very clean , comfortable and well maintained, and aesthetically beautiful plus functional. Plenty of storage, well equipped kitchen and amenities. Connected to mall entrance was another highlight. The staff are very friendly, professional and helpful.

Great location, next to a mall with connections to the subway. Good value for the spacious and clean room.

Aircon was not cold for sleeping. The temperature didn’t change even when lowered on the remote control.
