The Four Seasons Hotel in Shenzhen is my top choice every time I visit the Shenzhen Convention Center. Its location is incredibly convenient, and I can easily walk there. All the rooms are very spacious, especially this time, when the hotel staff upgraded me to a room with a complete study. For someone traveling alone like me, I felt it might be a bit too luxurious, haha! But I really loved it! Especially the next day when I returned to my room after finishing work and saw a beautiful potted orchid on the desk. I felt like my heart was melting! I really love you guys, and I’ll definitely come back next time!

The hotel is great. We have made a reservation for a Grand Four Seasons Room and were offered a free upgrade to a magnificent suite with a separate living room on the 27th floor. All staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Special thanks to a concierge who was very kind to help with the currency exchange on a public holiday and arranged the booking for a ferry tickets to Shenzhen.

There is really nothing bad to mention. Just be prepared to use a taxi for commuting around the city. It's very easy with Alipay and DiDi Travel apps.

There are two metro lines nearby, which provide quick transportation to all parts of the city. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast with a wide selection of both Chinese and Western dishes. The hotel has a good outdoor pool. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. They provided us with a hotel limousine for the trip to the airport in HongKong.

Staff are all friendly, attentive and helpful. It was a surprise that there was a electronic bidget in the bathroom which usually can only find at hotels in Japan. Buffet breakfast was worth to try especially I had been offered a 20% off. There were lots of variety and the food were delicious. I did not expect we could have ice cream for breakfast buffet!

The view of the hotel room is not outstanding. If there is a covered walkway accessing the nearest shopping mall, it will be all-weather and easier for guests.

The outdoor pool is too small. Looks bigger in photos but is small and easily fills with guests. The indoor pool is much larger but the smell of chlorine makes it less of a place to sit and relax as would be the outdoor pool. The location is a bit boring. A very new city so few cultural attractions.Few western restaurants but great chinese food.

Only one thing, ventilation diffuser slots are directed to bed so it can be unpleasent.

Everything was perfect during this short break. The rooms are comfortable (possibly time for a renovation though) and the facilities clean. The staff, in particular Jacky the front desk manager, were extremely helpful and accommodating without being intrusive. Will definitely be back.
