We had a fantastic stay at Somerset Grandview Hotel Shenzhen. The rooms were fabulous – spacious, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The reception was excellent, and I want to give a special mention to Charlene and Alan at the front desk. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and always had a friendly smile. Their assistance made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Housekeeping was top-notch – the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive, and every detail was taken care of with care and precision. The location is ideal if you're attending the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center, just a short and convenient walk away. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen, especially for business trips.

I booked the Premier Family room. It was so spacious! It has two bathroom which was handy. It also had a washing machine (detergent provided) and dryer where you can scan for instructions. One room had a king bed and the other a queen. There is so much storage in there. The bathroom was nice and clean. The living and dining area was very spacious. Umbrellas in the rooms should you need it. The staff was very helpful with getting us a taxi when needed. They will take a huge deposit for your stay but they will refund it upon checkout. We were also able to leave our lugguage there after checkout. Location was about a 15 min walk to Coco park otherwise a short taxi ride. There is steamed buns just outside the hotel for a quick breakfast, fruit shop and 7-11 just up the road.

It was a little dusty behind some areas.

A exceptional clean and hospitality hotel apartment. The good hospitality was from hotel staffs including cleaner. I booked a 2 rooms premium apartment was big , clean and bright. My elder mum had a better sleep here than at home. It has everything we needed, including washing machine with detergent provided. Kitchen was also well equipped, shower water pressure was good for showering. We can ask for anything needed if there is shortage including extra blanket , pillows. 5 + 1 stars rating overall.

Location was not near train station, but was cheap and easy convienient to take taxis using DiDi. Has convenient store and super market to get anything you want just downstairs across the street.

Rather old but very conviniet and good central Shenshen position hotel. Huge many rooms apartment with small kitchenette , fridge and washing mashine. Excellent bed. Nice view on Ping Ang financial centre building. 15 min walking distance to Coco Park shopping mall. 10 min taxi drive to speed train station with trains to Hong Kong and Guangzhou. Nice breakfast room. Rather Chinesse style, Not too much western food variety but omlets, scramble eggs available.

We could check in an hour earlier. Clean room with kitchenette, washing machine with dryer, ironing board and daily fresh towels.

The room is much smaller than described and located quite far from the MTR, though it is accessible by DD. Additionally, the room price turned out to be nearly 10% higher than expected. The deposit return was delayed, and the amount refunded was less than it should have been.

Great stay if you look for something bigger than just a hotel room! Clean, good beds and nice living area. Very kind personnel, especially the doormen. Stayed together with my family including two kids of 2&4. Taxi was 5-10 min away from coco mall. There’s a nice bbq place further down the street which I recommend. Breakfast was fair, good price/quality. Small kids play area which was a nice addition.

It's a big apartment, and clean. Breakfast was included and the food was decent. Good coffee!

The layout of the apartment can be better. Too many drawers and cupboards. It took us a while to figure out where to look for things such as hairdryer etc. It is situated in what seems to me a local neighborhood. Its location means walking a bit more before one can reach a nicer shopping mall, such as Coco Park (about 15 minutes).

Somerset is located close to the business district and just a short taxi drive to some of the major malls. I stayed in a three bedroom apartment which was clean, well maintained and very spacious. The reception staff spoke English which made check in very easy. Breakfast was the usual fair with noodles being a big hit with most of the diners. It was also very easy to get a taxi outside on the road with a few minutes.

The bed was little soft for my preference, but that is very subjective and the bed did not affect anyone else.

Service Crew of Ascott Hotel Somerset (刘继华 ) did a very good job in hailing a taxi for me. Service is superb. Room upgrade was given on a complimentary basis, very kind of the property. Definitely will stay again

Perhaps, complimentary breakfast would be a good touch, though it is fine! Wished I had been able to spend more time at this place. The TV was not really working, suspect the controller was faulty, but it is fine!

The location is otherwise very quiet, but there is a school next door, so if you're a late sleeper, you may hear noise in the morning. The room is reasonably well-equipped, allowing you to do laundry and prepare meals. The hotel is peaceful, and the staff is friendly. The shopping center and metro are just a short and easy walk away.
