Room comfortable --- generally ok, charging cables, request from the service staff to provide, attitude quite nice to us

we're experiencing some discomfort due to the noise from the air conditioner. We have another visit to an area rather far away from the hotel, such that we haven’t booked two nights, because We would prefer to stay in the same hotel to avoid the hassle of changing accommodations, but the front desk mentioned that the price for the next day isn't yet known, requested us to check back in the morning. Its too trouble to me, so we decided to change to another hotel that is closer to the next day area of interest.

Fantastic location right downtown 5 minute walk to the convention center, which is where our event was. In case of rain, you can get there through underground tunnels. Staff was fantastic, and extremely accommodating. Front desk staff spoke great English. Breakfast had a lot of western options and local tropical fruit. Room was well appointed. We stayed for 11 nights. Overall such a great stay! I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Yum good selection of foreign breakfast items would be good if there was maple syrup or chocolate sauce with the waffles but when I asked I received it. VIP lounge was wonderful. Loved the long pillows and comfy bed. Needed translation app as staff didn't usually speak english but app worked well.

Breakfast options were catered for the chinese tourists, a small selections of western diets were available.

As a non smoker, I wish the hotel (hotels in China in general) would reinforce the no smoking indoor policy much better. My friends and I could smell the lingering cigarette smell in our room and the hallway.

Gotta say the best about the place are the employees, first, they know English well, which makes it the best place to stay for foreigners. Second, there was a typhoon (Saola) that almost hit Shenzhen during my stay, the staff got me into a room in a corner that was protected from heavy wind, which made my stay much safer during such an Event, so kudos for that! The breakfast was excellent. The room had a good bed, and the shower was good.

The room I stayed in initially (1525) had some creepy art frames within it, where the eyes of the art follow you. Also, the electric system had some failures on the last day, making one of the lamps burn suddenly. This forced me to ask to move to another room (2025), which was great and had better art frames and a more stable electric system.

The hotel location was superb, with access to train and multiple malls were located within walking distance, thus finding something to eat was easy.

The breakfast was ok, but the selection maybe a bit limited for 5-stars hotel, and the choices for non-meat eater was limited. The room's layout was a bit old design.

Very good breakfast, executive floor food / drinks, clean room and nice shower area, location is excellent. Staff and service in front desk when check in and out very good and polite. Gym is good even no time to use it.

Negative things were air condition inlet cleanness especially in executive floor, there is clear mold on it. I mentioned this to floor staff. Cleaning of tables in executive room was slow and I had to move used dishes elsewhere because table was full already. Looks not enough staff looking at least in back side room, many tables very full of used dishes. Bed in room is a bit hard but normal in Asia...Pool could be opened earlier than 1st May.

Good hotel at a great place. But, the breakfast is same for the 4 days of stay...it was boring after one day.....

The location is very good, just opposite the shopping complex and it is located right at the metro station. Can walk to the malls through underground walk way. Exhibition centre is also just 2 streets away. The room is spacious, clean and comfort. Selection of breakfast is variety from local to western cuisine.

I can hear people talking outside the room in the middle of the night.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff helpful. Thank you for decorating for our room when we arrived ( for our special Anniversary). Hotel good the location and I am highly recommend. Thank you.
