The rooms had a nice layout. We got a corner room. It is not your typical hotel room layout that when you enter, the bathroom door is what you see. It is spacious and the bathroom also has a lot of space for toiletries. The location was great! There is a nice Japanese restaurant across the hotel. CocoPark Mall was only 2 blocks away as well. Breakfast was also good. There were many choices. The restaurant staff did not mind preparing steamed white rice for my family since only Fried Rice was served at the buffet. Ms. Gina was so welcoming and accommodating during our check-in. And Mr. Peter of Concierge was also very accommodating and helpful! 1 package did not arrive on-time. He coordinated with the courier to re-route the shipment to our tour guide's address. Also, I left my office notebook in the hotel and realized it DAYS after check out. A quick WeChat message to him and he immediately replied and found my notebook with Housekeeping. It is now also enroute to our Tour Guide's address. I highly recommend this hotel. 😊

Its Premium King with City View was super spacious. 2 Buffet breakfast offers good selection like porridge, noodles, Chinese stir fry dishes, cheese, pastries and fruits. 3 Friendly and helpful staff. Was able to get late check out till 2pm as IHG member 4. Location was ideal. Near to metro station and Coco Park

Had a very hard time looking for which exit to use when I arrived on High Speed Rail from HKG as there were 32 exits! Had sent message before hand asking hotel how to get to hotel and was told that hotel was just 3mins walk once you exit the station. Ended up walking around the station with my big luggage as no one seems to know where is Crowne Plaza hotel. Ended up in another part of Futian and had to hail a taxi to bring us there. Need to remember its Chinese name! It could have been more specific so that guests who are taking High Speed will not be put through the same ordeal as we did.

I love the location and the playroom of the hotel. We took the shopping park exist B to reach the hotel. Futian station is too bug and confusing. The hotel staff is very friendly. Ethan didn't question f I spoke Chinese or not, just reply to me in English when I asked about wifi connection. And Alice helped with locating the convenience stores just across the street. The playroom is great. It's not very big but good enough to play for a awhile.

No staff minding the playroom, and guests came in without socks. It's not very hygienic. And some of the kids are playing too rough. Parents really need to mind the kids when there are bigger kids join the playroom. Some of the ball in the ball pit is dirty. I think it is better to put hand sanitizer there too. One of the kids even asked me for it.

Breakfast is not up to the mark in terms of spread and variety per day . Chefs could not speak English which they should change that once can request for customized food Less menu on continental side and every day 90% same menu which is very surprising as I had been stayed many CP and it is one of my fav choice because of breakfast

Location of the hotel is really downtown and you access the city within minutes. The hotel is large. My room was at the executive floor, not expected. The room was lovely with a large bed and a large well equipped bathroom. Nice soft floor carpet. Great view over the largest tower in Shenzhen. Super breakfast choice.

In my view the mattrass was kindly hard to lie, but this is personal taste. The windows open just a tiny bit, in this case that was no problem seeing the 30 degree Celsius temperature outside, combined with rain, which gives tremendous humidity.

Premium King Room was excellent value, excellent bedding, very clean and modern. We didnt use the executive floor due to time constraints, view was superb. Breakfast excellent. Great location with the Coco Shopping mall very close by within easy walking distance. Superb Japanese BBQ restaurant to left of hotel by the traffic lights upstairs.. def worth a visit if you like Japanese and cold beer :)

Modern, clean, big room, location was great and I liked the near by COCO park. There was a good gym, swimming poll and the view from the room was nice. Breakfast was good but limited if you are looking for western food.

Price was on the high end compared to alternatives but that was reasonable. Some hotels have a 'western WIFI' that is not limited, this one didn't have. Breakfast could have more western oriented food.

The location is excellent, very near to Cocopark a top-rated shopping center and the very convenient and lively Link Mall which allows one to walk from PAFC all the way to One Avenue in a sheltered and underground walkway lined with all kinds of food and shopping options.

My room had a residual smell of smoke despite it being a non-smoking room.

The location was ok but not easy to find. Nobody seemed to know where the hotel is when we asked a few staff at the Shopping Park metro station. As we were upgraded to a Premier room due to being at Genius Level 3, we were happy with the room. It was spacious & clean. Breakfast was good too!

We were surprised that the staff at the check in counter could not speak English as some of us ( there were 9 of us) do not speak Mandarin & had problems communicating with them.

The location is perfect. The room is spacious and clean, we enjoyed it in Hotel. The breakfast is fantastic, the chefs and staff are very friendly. Score 10 for the hotel and staff.
