Like: convenient location which is very close to the metro station; staff are very polite though their English/ Cantonese are not good; cleanliness of the room which is stain free; comfortable environment especially the bed, the bath, and the air-conditioning; the well equipped fitness room; the breakfast which includes many choices of good food. Dislike: some hiccups during the check in procedure ( I found out that staff were not familiar with apply pay and actually the hotel equipment could not support/ handle digital payment. ); WiFi was not functioning well; at 9pm the hotel restaurant was closing and we had to eat outside.

Nicely located in city center, metro station is just right under. Good varieties of breakfast.

It was very chaotic to wait for the table during breakfast peak hour, they didnt really have a queueing system, a bit unorganised. We came to hotel at 4.30pm and our room was still not ready, we had to wait for almost 30mins only to be given a room smelling like cigarettes although it was a non-smoking room. They finally helped us to change room which was cleaner and smell better. We requested for a baby cot that we didn’t get at the end.

Room was spacious and clean. Room facilities were standard. Hotel located opposite to Gangxia North MRT making it convenient for travel. Close to a few big electrical/electronic malls. Also close to Fuyian railway to travel by hi-speed train to Hong Kong. Breakfast had a good spread of local and western good.

As it was raining on some days it would be ideal if the walk path to MRT was covered. No 7-eleven or convenience stores in the vicinity.

It isn’t not like but if there were more poolside beds and facility to order snack or drink by the pool would have been great. At times the language was difficult to communicate with staff properly

COMFORTABLE AND SPACIOUS ROOM

I AM WONDERING WHY GUEST CAN SMOKE INSIDE THEIR ROOM AND OPEN DOOR LET THE SMOKE GOES OUT THE CORRIDOR AND FLOW INTO OTHER ROOMS. EVENTHOUGH WE CLOSED OUR ROOM BUT STILL CAN SMELL THE SMOKE AND FLOW FROM THE AIRCON. WHICH MAKES US UNPLEASANT TO SLEEP AT NIGHT.

Location was great, it was a short 5 minutes walk to one of the biggest mall in Shenzhen. Aside from that, the water pressure for shower is also up to standard, spacious room and love having the sound system in the washroom as well.

I would've preferred if there's a proper storage room for our baggage that we needed to leave for the concierge for care. Our luggages were put next to the door which felt unsafe.

The room was very spacious and the single bed was huge! We love that there is a bathtub. We loved our stay and the location was perfect as it was just right beside Gangxia North station and so it was easy ti move around.

Excellent food and room facilities with real value for money for a 5 star hotel This place is 50% cheaper compared to a similar Brisbane ( Australia ) 5 star hotel I will visit again and again
