The room was clean and spacious, could open both our suitcases and had heaps of space still. Toilet was separate to the shower which was ideal. The view was beautiful, close to a large shopping centre about 10mins walk away.

The location was not very close to MRTs closest was about a 15min walk. Staff had very minimal English was difficult to communicate unless you had the translation app open. The QR code for room service was not working, wifi was weak and shower was not the cleanest but was not terrible.

The room was huge and had a lovely art carpet. It's great value and the staff were attentive. The location by the river and park is lovely.

The pool is always busy with children. I tried going early at 6.30am, but it opens at 9am. As it's so busy, I would suggest extending the opening hours. The bar closes at 10pm which is quite early. I wanted to get a drink but they had already closed early, and they were late opening breakfast one day. The windows were never clean which spoiled the views a bit.

Location is ideal. Not exactly right beside metro stations but generally convenient by cab. The staff were courteous and helpful. Kudos to the young staff on night shift. ( didn't manage to get his name, think youngest lad with specs at the reception). He was a great help assisting with the extension of stay. Would definitely rebook this for my next leisure / work trip. Thank you.

The traffic sound during rush hour. Other than that, all's good.

The hotel is very new, modern, in a very good location. Staff is extremley helpful, we are very satisfied. Special thanks to Zhihong Yang and Lu Yiyu at the reception helping us with various issues, made our stay even more smooth.

Clean rooms and location, friendly staff.

It would be nice if someone speaks English properly. And fast taxi pickup service was needed but not provided as for a foreigner who does not have a lot of experience with Chinese apps to do it himself. Expensive tea options on the terrace.

Location was good. Room was spacious and clean. Everything was provided for in the room. Staff was helpful and approachable.

The air-conditioning was a-bit noisy and not really cooling. A lot of random noise don’t know come from where.

Great location and the staff were friendly. Rooms were nice and bright. Free minibar and facilities were good.

There was a cleanliness problem where the couple before us left some “residue” behind on the windowsill which had not been cleaned properly. Serious hygiene concern and would make me question my return to this hotel.
