Just staid there for a whole month. Location: 4 Subway lines in walking distance (2/8, 1, 4, 7) 2 of those reachable via elevator to hotel basement SEG Center is across the road Facilities: Fitness room (F36) Enjoy the treadmill views, they are great! Be aware, free weights are lacking. 2 high quality, full featured towers make up well. Washing machine on the terrace (F31). Everything required is there for free. Staff: Many speak fluent English. this is a rarity in Shenzhen. Super helpful and friendly. Special tanks to Johnathan the general Manager. WIFI: Hotel has a great internet connection for free. Still you will require VPN for "western" Services. This is a general limitation that applies to ALL Hotels in Shenzhen. There are no more exceptions from the "big firewall". Rooms: Clean, great pillows and matraces If you can grab a high floor do it, the views are great. King rooms do have better views than twin rooms.

Impeccable comfortable View This hotel is so great. I came back the second time. Staff especially Jonathan(Johnny) he is a gem of a person, friendly, professional, tries to make you feel better than at home. Cleaning ladies so polite they greet you always

The hotel is very well located, right in the heart of Shenzhen’s tech district and just a 10 meter walk from the subway station entrance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were helpful and kind throughout my stay. I had an issue with the currency exchange machine in the hotel lobby, but Ms. Kiana went above and beyond to assist me. She quickly helped me getting in contact with the bank and sending the money that got stuck in the machine later in my account. Really appreciate!

Bathroom needs a deep clean

Very good hotel and great value. The building is modern, the room was spacious, the bathroom was luxurious, except for the lights in the bathroom seemed a little dim. I had a room on the 30th floor and the view was spectacular, on the cityscape. Since hotel is located from the 23rd floor and up and the way the building is designed, I believe you should have a grand, unobstructed view on the city from any room. An improvised lunch (served till 4:30pm) was included with the stay and came very handy. It was described as an afternoon tea, but in included much, much more then that, with variety of snack, fruit and drink. I didn’t include breakfast with my stay but ended up having it every day at the hotel, it was that good. It was 88 yuan (about 12 USD), it may be less if you buy that when you book a room. Was impressed by the city of Shenzhen overall, and this hotel just added to the good experience. During the trip I visited the Ping A tower (tallest skyscraper in Shenzhen) and city center, and Luohu Commercial City mall. Also, I entered the city from Hong Kong at Lo Wu - Luohu border crossing. For all of these destinations, the hotel is located perfectly. I used the Green line of the metro train for all my needs, and the Hoaqiang Rd station on the Green line is located only two blocks south of the hotel, about 5 min walk. If you take a cab to/from Luohu, it’s about 35 yuan (about 5 USD). Hotel staff was great, very courteous and responsive, proficient in English. Pleasant surprise for me was to meet staffer Alyona, who is trilingual with proficiency in Mandarin/English/Russian (also my native tongue), who explained some of the key points of interest around the hotel and made the check in/check out process lightning fast.

Great location, easy access by metro to everything including airport. Big clean spacious room, comfortable bed and washroom. Electric curtains and all smart needs for outlets etc. laundry facilities free to use and Starbucks on ground lobby. Would def stay again. Jonathan at reception was fantastic.

WiFi was good enough for what I needed. My only complaint is that despite being on a no smoking floor, there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. This was everywhere in china including taxis etc. couldn’t get the 24 hr waiter to work on phone and room service options limited

Location was ideal with 3 different metro lines within the area, so pretty much you can travel all over SZ with minimal transfers. Room was exceptionally big and ideal for my use. It helps that there is a Starbucks right on the first floor for your coffee fix. The Metro Station for Line 2 just being outside is great, together with some eateries underground on the way to the Metro is convenient. From the ground floor, going Westward, you will encounter a couple of big modern shopping malls (one being Century Place) where you can get fine dining or cheap eats there. LOts of stuff to look at too. Hotel staff were helpful and accomodating. Kudos to Ms Lingman Guo for assisting with my checkin (especially coming in at 3am). Also thanks to Mr Dave, who upon checkout, helped with booking a night cab for me to the airport and also following up at night even after his shift has ended. All in all, they made the stay welcoming.

A pity that from first floor to room, One had to transfer to the lobby via lift to floor 23 and walk across the length of the building to the other lift lobby to take another set of lifts up to your room floor. I guess this is for security reasons since the lower floors are offices.

I liked almost every thing. Room size, bed size, location, staff especially Mr. Jonathan who the "manager" is a suitable title for him.

If I want to be very strict in my review, the toilet flush was weak and kept getting clogged, and I had to call maintenance each time to fix it. Also, we had to wait a bit too long for the elevator. When we were checking in with 9 other people, we had to wait about 45 minutes for 5 twin rooms. However, Jonathan handled the situation very well. These issues I'm mentioning are things I wouldn't even bring up at other hotels, but since everything else at this hotel was exceptionally good, I didn't want to leave this part out. That said, these problems didn’t really affect our comfort or enjoyment.

My family had a wonderful 8-day stay at Huaqiang Plaza hotel , the rooms were clean , cozy and perfect for our family, and their staffs were friendly and helpful, the location was perfect. A big thank to one of their staff Daphne Du , she was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, and our housekeeper Xiaoyu 小玉(staff no: 4280) , she was very friendly and did a great job. My family really enjoyed the hotel’s snacks, especially the noodles, sooooo goood! We miss it very much! Thanks for the chefs! Angela’s family

The location was central so it was very convenient if you are into the electronics market. Didi was also easy to access. The rooms were clean and the breakfast included was great. The mini bar though it was included, it had limited drinks. I had to purchase my own if i wanted a few more. The housekeeping did her job very well checking on my needs each day if it was ok for her to clean my room. I had the Executive King (34 floor) and it was great with all the facilities you might want like desk, automatic curtains, bathtub, shower, gym etc. Not all the staff can understand English well but they try their best to be of service. Thank you to the housekeeping, the restaurant staff at the breakfast buffet and at the reception. They were all very helpful.

I wished there was an entrance way to the hotel for vehicles to access. I had to go on to the main road to take a taxi which was a little challenging especially when i was checking out of the hotel with luggage and the slightly wet weather.
