The rooms were spacious and had a nice view looking at the harbour. Location was convenient close to all shopping centers and restaurants and was close to the subway.

The indoor swimming pool was not in operation so we had to swim in the outdoor pool which was alot colder.

Lovely room (47th floor)

Alarm at 6.30am - staff provided no direction when we went to the lobby. Very poor Water hammer when you flush the toilet No powerpoints or plug in near bed for phone

The hotel air-conditioning very cold , even I turn off the room air conditioning still cold

A31 bus from airport straight to the hotel about 25 mins, lots of shopping malls connected to the hotel. Beds are comfy and lots of eatery for late night supper. 41st floor corridor and lobby area is nice for photos and meeting.

Tower 2, 48th floor, doors banging started from 8am, the hinges of the doors need attention and they should be changed to soft closing. Toilet is a bit small and ventilation fan should be installed.

The cleaning staff were excellent and very friendly. The room was always clean. The view was amazing and location made it easy to commute to different places.

Reception staff on the 41st floor could learn some manners. Pillows could be a bit more firmer, but that is my preference.

I stayed at both Tower 1 and Tower 2 Tower 1 - room is spacious but decor is dated and has a kind of musty smell. Bed linen has stain on the skirting. Bedding is not comfortable. Need to fix lighting - too dark even with all the lights on. Overall value for money and staff including house keeping are friendly & helpful. Tower 2 - I extended my stay at Nina Tower 2 and loved it. Room is well appointed, comfortable and clean. House keeping staff are very polite and when if cleaning time not suitable they are very accommodating for alternative time. Amenities are well replaced every day and room is spotless after house keeping been. SO thank you for the staff on 69th floor. Excellent customer services and keep up the good work. I will definitely coming back next time and stay at Tower 2 - worth spending the extra money for more comfortable bedding, better decor and harbor view. Love the circular shape shower cubical facing harbor view and Tower 2 has separate bath tub.

The only complaint that I have is no power point in the bathroom to plug in for hair dryer. There is a mirror in the room but no power point nearby neither so guest cannot blow dry hair in front of a mirror which is odd.

Fast elevators. Accessible amenities like mall, restaurants and transportation. Friendly staff.

No bidet

Location is perfect. Beds were very comfortable.

Toilet area was very small. Water from the shower kept on going to the toilet so the toilet area always had a wet floor. It was just so messy.

The staff is helpful and polite. The staff of front desk check-in, lugagge delivery from lobby to room and the housekeeper are effecient and polite. The hotel location to me is excellent. The hotel is near the Tusue Wan West MTR station, just 10 minutes walking. Also, there have different shopping centre around the hotel. It is very convenient to shopping and eating. Excellent sea view in room. The room space is excellent. The round table and three chairs are very useful. We could have some snack or doing paper work. There are not many hotel provide bathtube especially the new hotel. This is the one of main reasons for I choose this hotel.

Something need improve. The hygiene in the bathroom and the restroom. There have some odd smell in restroom. Some water stain in shower room. Enhance the cleaning in bathroom, restroom and shower room are very important. The curtain inside the bathroom is not long enough. That means it cannot cover the whole transparent wall between the bedroom and bathroom. It is very serious problem for privacy. The number of socket is not enough. Especially the number of three pin socket. There would be great if hotel could provide plates and tableware inside the room.
