Excellent location - right in the middle of a busy Hong Kong island. Generous size room which comes with a double and a single bed. Clean contemporary Ensuite, though it is not fully enclosed in the front. Exemplary internal amenities are provided. The listed photos on the website do no justice to the place. Friendly reception, concierge, and house cleaning staff. There are plenty of eating places near the hotel and shopping nearby.

The hotel is definitely well and strategically located. Wan Chai MTR station is 3 minutes walking distance to the left of hotel on Lockhart Road. SOGO Causeway Bay mall is a 19 minutes walk to the left of hotel on Lockhart Road. Lots of pubs and restaurants from the hotel. The hotel lobby is clean, well-maintained with Christmas decorations put up. Swift check-in at the reception. 3 elevators. You need to insert your key card for the elevator to take you to the floor where your room is. Similarly, you need to insert your key card at the door to enter your room. The room and bathroom are clean and well maintained. I was traveling alone and booked a Premier Earth Double Room (double bed). The hotel upgraded me to a Premier Earth Family Room. I ended up with a double bed and a single bed. I slept on the single bed. The blackout curtains made the room totally pitch dark for a great sleeping experience. The strong water pressure and nice hot water made showering great.

I have stayed in many hotels all over the world but this is the first time I have a room without a wardrobe. It is an open shelf concept. For those arriving from countries where you have a hand-held bidet in your bathroom to wash, there is none in this hotel. The room is very cold. The air-conditioner is set at 20.5 degrees Centigrade and cannot be adjusted despite pressing the raise temperature button.

Property conveniently located to the central business district and in walking distance to the Conference and Exhibition Centre. Rooms are spacious enough (typical Hong Kong size), and very well equipped. Easy to get to and from the Hong Kong station with access to the Airport Express train.

A bit noisy in the street at night after the bars close at 2.00 am

Good location - bus from airport drops around the corner and MTR is a short walk away. Plenty of options available for food and exploration of the Central area. Room was considered large and bed was comfortable. Room was true to pictures!

Lifts are a bit small so you might have to wait for your turn during peak hour.

The room is clean and spacious, considering it locates in Hong Kong. Good location with metro and many good restaurants surrounded. The gym is nice. The staff (front desk and cleaning lady) are super helpful. Very good price.

It’s not really the problem of the hotel, but the bars surrounded sometimes play loud music during the nights.

I would appreciate that tooms are mostly larger than many of the other rooms you can find in Hong Kong, our room was pretty european style. Wi-fi was great, we had housekeeping on a daily basis, and our room was ready one hour ahead our check-in time. Contrary of what I've read about many hotels in Hong Kong our check-in time was like two minutes, and the location was great, like 5 mins from the metro station. There's a bus, A11, from the airport that drops you off and takes you up like 3 mins from the hotel. Great location, pretty good value

I would have appreciate it if there would have been some breakfast in the price. When I did the booking I didn't got this option, I thought there's no restaurant on the premises, but when we arrived I saw that they were serving breakfast, anyhow, I didn't make any inquiries about this. Not actually a minus, but might be a good thing to know. And the other thing is that in the evenings the place can get a little noise from outside cause there are a lot of bars around, but it's not that a big deal.

I have been to this Hotel more then 10 times. Over the last 5 years has been mine "seat" whenever I'm in Hong Kong. The location is superb, within 2 minutes walk from MTR station (Wanchai) and very convenient if you want to travel within the Island. I already have my Gym nearby (the Hotel has, but is is insuficient). For the price offered, you have a big challenge to get a better quality/price ratio in Hong Kong Island.

My main claim in this Hotel is the lack of a Continental Breakfast. The second claim would be the Room size. It is good enough for single trip of 4/5 days.

The hotel was in an excellent location. It was very close to a variety of restaurants and shops and within easy access of the harbour. The rooms were simple but comfortable and clean. It was also quiet despite its central location. Housekeeping was efficient, friendly and unobtrusive. The reception staff and Concierge were very helpful. We would stay at this hotel again.

The rooms are quite small but that is to be expected in Hong Kong and it didn’t bother us because we were out sightseeing most of the time. There wasn’t much information about breakfast and the restaurant in the room.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional! Location is perfect. The MTR, trams, buses and many good restos and cafes within walking distance. You can enjoy Wan Chai alone but getting to other districts around the city is no problem The staff are incredibly helpful, kind, and quick to work. Check-in (and out) was a breeze. And thoughout our stay we had several requests (a baby cot, extra pillows and blankets, potentially an extra room) and communication was never a problem The rooms themselves are probably the best I've ever had in my multiple visits to Hong Kong. Incredibly spacious (not just in HK standards), extremely soft beds and pillows, and efficient storage. Bathroom was also wonderful - good size, strong water pressure, good shower drainage, always smelled fresh. This is definitely my first choice of hotel when I visit HK again - highly recommend!

None at all. But on the ground level with the lobby there is an area with cafe equipment - not sure if it just hasnt been opened yet or was closed down, but having it would have been a nice addtional bonus. But otherwise, it did not affect my overall experience with the hotel
