The reception team is friendly and supportive you to their finest. The Location is close to MRT Sheung Wan and surround in the middle with the variety from food, shopping to cultural location to explore.

The cleanliness is somewhat our disappoint. The doormat has been missing in someday, and quiet dangerous since the toilet floor was slippery. The mini towel also lost from the second day of our day and never been seen when we back into our room. And last thing is we find some dust and dirt on first day which is cleanable but it still remain in some part of toilet until our last day.

Staff were very helpful, room was modern and enjoyed that there was cleaning every day. Location is good as it’s near plenty of stations and there’s loads of restaurants and small stores nearby. Would stay again!

The rooms were a bit on the small size but besides that it was really good!

Very small room with very little clothes storage space. The double bed was pushed against a wall so was tricky to access one side.

Location was great - central and quiet. Place was clean. Wifi worked fine! All was good. Would definitely come back to stay again.

TV resolution wasn't great but that's fine. Shower also had a weird drainage where it'll only drain after a period of time during the shower. I suspect there's some air bubble/suction blocking the drainage temporarily.

Free laundry. Great reception guy. Electric slide curtain for my room which is pretty cool.

The sliding bathroom door can be loud and I can hear other rooms using the sliding door at night with a loud bang. It’s just the design of the door. Nothing they can do about it.

the bed is so comfy!! the mini bar is free, all the supply and equipment in room are thoughtful. You nearly can bring nothing and enjoy a night there without trouble. I also love that there is a private entrance without the need passing through the reception or common area.

Great location, amazing staff and everything you need in a hotel if you want to explore the city: comfortable bed, clean room, AC working very well and nice bath amenities. We also took advantage of free self service laundry and gym space.

Room is small, but that was not a problem for us. Just a heads up in case you are looking for a large room.

Great location. Friendly staff. Kindly upgraded our room for free. Unlimited sweets! I know some other reviews mention lack of cleanliness or sticky floors but that wasn’t our experience

Even with the free upgrade the rooms are quite small, though this is expected in Hong Kong

Great location, nice view from the 24th floor, room has a good dimension for Hong Kong and it's very confortable.

It's not a real hotel, reception works only until 6pm, and when we arrived before 6pm, there was no one. We had to call. Not many facilities, no concierge, no breakfast etc. But overall it was a good experience, and the price is great.

Location is amazing. So close to the bars and cafes. Great value. Really clean and modern bathroom. Very comfortable bed. I’ve stayed here before on a stopover and will return again. The New Zealand guy on reception is lovely.

That I didn’t stay longer :)
