The staff were lovely, and also very helpful. Both the bedroom and bathroom were large for Hong Kong. Location was also great. Bonus was a bottle of champagne in our room for our honeymoon.

To be really picky, only got 2 coffee pods a day for the room....but I'm sure we could have asked for more. There were also plenty coffee shops in the area 😀

Excellent hotel in a central position close to the harbour. The hotel was very clean and well serviced. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size by Hong Kong standards and comfortable.

The only disappointment was the lack of a kitchenette and there was no microwave. The room description and photos were not very clear about this. I guess we needed to upgrade the room to get these facilities.

The property is a hotel with apartment-style accommodation. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, well-maintained and located very close to the MTR (less than 2 blocks). The windows were large with an open view of the city. The sitting room has a comfortable couch and TV and the small kitchen area was more than adequate, the Nespresso machine was a bonus not usually provided in HK. The bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom very spacious by HK standards. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in short walking distance. Other property facilities included a gym, communal sitting area and laundry facilities. Everything was in situ to make longer stays comfortable. Really priced well for HK.

Stayed there for a full month and would stat again. Clean room, comfortable bed, everything looked exactly like the pictures. Hotel staff was super helpful and we were able to store our bags upon arrival and on check out day. Laundry room is very conveniently located on the second floor, it has multiple washers and dryers. Gym on the third floor has a couple of treadmills, a bike, and another couple of machines. Hotel is in a perfect location, two minutes walk from MTR and a lot of other public transit. Lots of good restaurants in the area too.

Good location - it was super near to the MTR station and within walking distance to a lot of good dining establishments. They also have umbrellas that they lend to their guests which was perfect since it was raining at that time. The receptionist on our last day was also super helpful. The surrounds can be quite busy during daytime, but was a generally peaceful neighborhood. Stayed there for a week and would stay there again next time

It would have been great if there was a welcome bottle of water since it was really hot and humid during our stay

Good location, next to subway, central and Macao ferries, supermarkets and restaurants area. There was a deposit (500 HKD). Fast wifi, nice view (17th floor). Spacious room by Hong Kong standards

When you look at the hotel description, there is a photo of terrace on the roof, but in fact this terrace is only available to those living on the 31st floor, not for everyone. There is a small smoking terrace with no view at the 3rd floor. There was no adapter for charging (we bought one at JHC store next to the hotel)

Attentive and alert reception staff. Near to eateries (Sang Kee Congee is a few steps away, Pick a Bowl serves fresh veg) and to Central. Good bed, shower, relatively large space within room, clean and strong fridge. Coffeemaker.

Slopey, gravelly, narrow roads from the train to the hotel. Be mentally prepared if rolling luggage. It's doable but give yourself time. Toilet seat had a permanent stain and though the toilet bowl was scrubbed, someone had forgotten to do the final flush, and there was cleaning debris when we first lifted the cover. There were stains on the lower portion of the mirror.

The location of this apartment was excellent. Guests have access to everything that Hong Kong Central has to offer. The metro line is can be conveniently accessed within a few hundred metres of the hotel. The apartment was well air-conditioned and the bed was comfortable.

The apartment didn't include basic amenities such as toothpaste. However, it is becoming more common for guests to bring their own amenities with them these travel days.

The one bedroom suite is perfect. Staff are helpful, resourceful, friendly, and courteous. Facilities include a rare to find gym and free washing machine and dryer. We washed our clothes daily. Location is amazing. A 2 minute walk to MTR subway, 5 minute walk to tram stations. We made so many trips by taking the cheap HK$3 tram to Causeway Bay.

Surrounded with very good places to eat, grocery and near the train station - all within walking distance. The 1 bedroom apartment was spacious enough for a hotel in Hong Kong.

There was a repair in their water system during our stay which 1.) made the color of the water brown in the toilet bowl and 2.) there was a night until the following morning wherein we needed to use a pail to flush the water in the toilet manually evey use bec there was no water. Also the built in microwave was broken in our room but they lent us another microwave to use.
